We purchased a 2021 Kona that developed a faulty transmission at 45K miles. We returned it to the dealer and they confirmed the problem. A new transmission was ordered and we were supplied with a nice clean Hyundai Elantra as a loaner. The part arrived in about 3 weeks and it was quickly installed. The communication between the service department was good as we waited to have our vehicle returned.

Jay Jackson was pretty awesome this is my second car I bought from him I just purchased a Toyota Tundra he makes buying a car so much easier he's very friendly answers all my questions it's just always a good experience plus he always has good candy on his desk
