I don’t know where to begin, but it begins with the buying process of my Jaguar. I purchased it in November 2022 I paid 25k for it. Tried trading it in 6 months after purchasing the vehicle to you guys just to see the value turns out you guys were only wanting to buy it for $14,000. Which makes me really mad to think about like how much I was ripped off. That is significantly less than what I paid for the same condition it was sold to me. My salesman Willi wasn’t the most knowledgeable about the car. He could’ve done me a favor and give me a heads up. It was just listed and the price was gonna go down a month or two once you guys are unable to sell it because these cars don’t sell very well they don’t have a high demand. This is the second time this dealership has sold my car, this exact car with this Vin number so you guys have made a quite a bit of profit off this car. The service department also did me a disservice by lying and telling me I had a leak in my antifreeze or coolant and saying that it would cost $2000 to fix it and there’s no leak. They screwed me big time gave me one key to the vehicle, had a few paint imperfections, the interior roof was stained and the buttons on the a/c console were scratched off the black paint. If I didn’t have a need for a car with starting a new job and my father suffering a stroke 1 week prior to purchasing a car, I don’t think there would be no way in xxxx I would’ve fallen for this and look like a fool.

This vehicle had been to our store one time under this customers name in the last year. Please note, we did not charge them anything during that service visit. They left 2 bad reviews. Our GSM contacted the customer in order to understand and assist him. This triggered the latest ro und of negative reviews with multiple social media sites. It transpires that the customer is seeking compensation for the vehicle’s depreciation. Compensation? The fact is, the market determines transaction pricing and depreciation, (there are innumerable websites that address and inform on this matter), but the customer refuses to consider empirical information. We remain open to be of service but this tirade and vindictive behavior on the customers behalf but cease to allow reasonable dialog to begin and perhaps pave the way to a possible solution.

My experience was excellent, I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was able to view the work on my phone as was being serviced.

Great customer service!
Stellar customer service at this dealership. I have taken my f-type here a couple of times and they are a well oiled machine in the maintenance, parts and service department. Derek continues to be a great help, who I have found to be professional, attentive with solid follow up to make sure everything is done right. Two thumbs up!!

Excellent Service
The experience I received from your sales person, Anderson Colon was Amazing! I found myself in need of a vehicle asap and do not like spending hours in a dealership. I'll always use Jaguar Orlando for maintenance
I have had my car serviced at this dealership since 2015. The facilities are top notch, clean and professional. The one time I decided to try and save a little money by taking my car to an independent mechanic shop instead of Jaguar, I ended up losing money and losing time. The mechanic did not use OEM parts and the workmanship was poor. As a result, my car ran badly! The mechanic could not fix the problems he made. But thanks to my service advisor, Eddie, and the Jaguar service team, they corrected this mechanic's mistakes, and my car is now running good again. Lessoned learned. I will always use Jaguar Orlando for the maintenance of my car 2015Jaguar XF 92,000 miles, original owner
