    These guys put Chevrolet faith back into me after having the worst experience during my purchase, all I wanted to do was pay off this car and have nothing to do with this dealership again. The 'J&J' Team (Jason and Justin) took time to explain how to utilize the functions of my car where no one else had time. Completed my oil change in record time so that I could attend my Uncle's funeral.

    I took my newly bought 2016 Trax in for a recall airbag software update that took approximately 2.5 hrs. Jason Ruslander promptly scheduled the appointment for my vehicle and kept me informed on progress numerous times since I waited for the work to be preformed. Thank you Jason.

    I worked with Steve Luck, sales associate. I'm very pleased with my purchase of a new Chevy Trax. Steve was wonderful to work with. Car buying can be a trying experience but Steve made everything go smooth from start to finish, including the paperwork.

    I began shopping for a new car a couple of weeks ago. I narrowed down my choices to the Ford Mustang and the Chevy. Camaro. Reg Palmer did a exceptional job of explaining the differences and overall value of the Camaro. I have a technical background in cybersecurity, which means I ask a lot of questions!!! Reg was very patient with my tons of questions and I didn’t feel rushed to make a buying decision. As a father of 4 (current and drivers) Waldorf Chevrolet Cadillac has earned my current business and future opportunities because of Reg Palmer’s customer service.

    I wasn’t too happy with my very first experience with the dealership. I brought my 2005 Tahoe in for services when it was complete I came to pick it up. When I started my truck I noticed that my check engine light was on, the light wasn’t on when I dropped it off nor was I notified while my truck was being serviced that this happened. Needless to say that my truck had to go back in for services costing me even more money I wasn’t prepared to spend. I will be calling the manager of this dealership to talk to them about my situation.
