I traded out of a Mercedes and into a RR Sport 2011 since I loved my 2012 RR Sport that I had in the past..The RR I bought from WCR was in pretty good... condition, and low miles. Eddie was very pleasant to work with and advised me the RR only had 1 key..He would sell me a new factory issued key at cost and have it Sync'd with my RR Sport. Bought the key at cost ( thank you) but maintenance was not able to Sync with the car even tho the key came from RR and was linked per the VIN...had to go to RR Mission Viejo and they were able to Sync..but good experience otherwise..love my RR Sport:)

Buying a new or used car can either be a pleasure or a disaster. When you do it from long distance, double so. Such was my experience purchasing a Porsche... Cabriolet from Eddie and Chip. Although the pictures looked great and the description I received from Chip was reassuring, you always have that bit of anxiety whenever you wait patiently for the vehicle to arrive. Today I received my beautiful, Seal Grey/Boxster Red Porsche Carrera. It was better than I anticipated and the whole experience, buying sight unseen from Illinois, turned out to be worry free. I would highly recommend West Coast Rover as a honest source of desirable automobiles. If you can't see in person, look carefully at the pictures and ask the right questions. Took my dad Jeep shopping and found west coast online who had a very nice 2010 Jeep Wrangler rubicon. Called them and spoke to Mike.. he was very helpful... and gave us all the pertaining information. We liked what we heard so went over to them to view the car.. Mike could not have been any more helpful.. He told us everything about the car..showed us the carfax report.. took us to test drive it.. then my dad liked it so much he bought it! Then Mike wa not done .. after the purchase he has been very helpful in finding parts my dad wanted to purchase and giving us the web sites.. all in all a stand up guy and great customer service! Thank you Mike !!
recently i purchased a used bmw 335i from mike at west coast rovers and im extremely happy with the process. mike was really helpful and pleasant with... the buying process! will be back in the future for another vehicle!
Buying my first car, the sales guy made my first car buying experience very easy and smooth. Honest about the car. Paid exactly what the car was worth... with no hassle. very friendly.
Who the flip needs 4,000 charachters to decribe a dang car dealership? Anyways, I went in last week to West Coast Rovers after shopping online to buy... my first car. I received excellent service and help in making sure the VW I was interested in was right for me. The expectation was set for me that the car would drive well, would be in good condition, and meet my needs as a commuter to school and work. Those expectations were exceeded! I am well pleased with my over all experience with West Coast Rovers. They even threw in a full detail of the car, and some very basic repairs as part of the deal. 4.5 Stars out of 5, since there is always room for improvement. But you will be well taken care of.
Dropped in to see a car in their showroom. Said I wanted to test drive later that day. Car was outside and ready as promised when I returned. Mike was... a pleasure to deal with. Went out of his way a few days later to get answers to a number of questions I had. No pressure when I said I wanted to think about it. When I wanted to have car inspected by my own shop but was going to be out of town the entire next week, Mike brought the car to and from the shop for me. Once I got the shop's report by phone, we made an appointment to do paperwork. Mike was fast, efficient and no surprises. Would not hesitate to deal with them again.
I’ve bought many cars over the years as a car lover. I get a new/used car every couple years. I’ve had good and bad experiences from all sorts of dealerships... across the U.S. One thing I’ve learned is that although price is the most important factor; the salesman makes or breaks the deal all on his interaction with you. With that said I spoke to Ed and then spoke to Mike. There was a mistake on the offer on my trade-in; however instead of me getting offended and angry and walking out or demanding the original offer like a jerk; Mike and I handled it like gentlemen and came to a middle ground. Mike was very professional and courteous and went above and beyond to secure me a loan and worked with me on the price of my trade in and DREAM CAR (Challenger HellCat) and made the DEAL HAPPEN! I am very thankful to Mike and will recommend Mike at West Coast Rovers to all my friends and family.
Worst experience ever! We ask them to hold a car because we were traveling from out of California and when we arrived there were closing and NOBODY can... stay to show the car. Looks like they don't know the meaning of Customer Service. I don't recommend this at all.
We remember you sir. While it is no excuse, I do want to provide an explanation. Our salesman had mentioned that he had a family function to attend to... and that we would be closing at 5:30 that day. The owner of the business was out of town. Those were the only two gentleman that could legally show you the car, as they were the only ones that possess Vehicle Salesman Licenses. While we are all about customer service, we don't break the law. That salesman is no longer employed here. We regret that we provided you with bad service and a poor customer experience, that is the exact opposite of what we pride ourselves on. We value our customers and understand how important you are to the livelihood of our business. Our sincerest apology.
