    I looked at several makes of cars at about 5 dealerships. Nobody else was as friendly, straightforward, and relaxed as the Moss team. The salesman (Bill), the saleslady who spoke with me once when Bill was tied up (I had dropped in for a followup)...Jennifer, the dealership manager (Tony), the business manager (Brad) and the concierge (Brian) were all very helpful. Everybody was laid back and helped make my experience pressure free and simple. Bill listened, and helped me get a great car at a good price. Brian very skillfully and patiently explained everything I need to know. I would recommend Moss Mercedes to anyone and if I like the car as much as I expect to, it is highly likely that I'll buy my next car here.

    I was extremely satisfied with the professional services I received. The staff was warm, friendly and willing to work with me to help me get the vehicle I wanted at the price i wanted to pay. I was also very satisfied with the way they handled the trade in I offered. I would recommend them without hesitation.

    I own a Harley Davidson, a Dodge Challenger, a Dodge Ram 1500 . I went to Lafayette to purchase a used SUV . $14,000.00 range lower mileage. I test drove a couple but neither made me go "WOW" !!! I want that ! I called Moss Motors looking for a friend who used to work there as a salesman. I spoke with Sutton Lewis whom informed me that my friend didn't work there anymore, he asked me to still come there , so I did . He showed me a Mercedes- Benz that was $15800. I thought "WOW !!!! I bought it for I believe for $15500 . But the gas tank was empty and he filled it up my paperwork went mysteriously to $15550. I think I must have filled my own tank up . My husband took a picture of me by it ! I Even went over my budget ! SO, YOU KNOW I WAS EXCITED !! On the way home fuel light empty came on. Turns out its a sensor . Totally went down hill from there . UNORGANIZED, NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SERVICE AND SALESMAN . TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS TO GET IT FIXED, AND THEY USED MY EXTENDED WARRANTY TO DO THE JOB !!!!! IF I WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT THE WARRANTY I DON'T THINK THEY WOULD HAVE FIXED IT. COST FOR FUEL SENSOR AND LABOR , A LITTLE OVER $4000.00 THE TOUCH UP PAINT JOB I WAS PROMISED LOOKED LIKE A KID DID IT FINGER PAINTING. I ORDERED A SEAT COVER AND TONY IN FINANCE TALKED ME OUT OF GETTING SERVICE TO INSTAL L IT, HE WAS GOING TO GET SOMEONE TO INSTALL IT FOR ME . A month later I GAVE UP AND GOT A REFUND ON MY SEAT COVER. EVEN AFTER THEY EVENTUALLY TRIED TO GET ME TO LET THEM INSTALL IT FOR FREE. I was just so crushed by the service I received from "After the sale." I'm sure Ms Sharon Moss must not realize the breakdown in her business or this wouldn't be happening.
