Excellent maintenance and service!

Excellent maintenance and service! Excellent, clean facilities with variety of snacks to help pass the time. WIFI and charging stations readily available. My service representative, Trent was so courteous and accommodating! Highly recommend!

I would say Ruby is the best and most friendly service

I would say Ruby is the best and most friendly service rep. I love seeing the diversity in this location. one thing I am upset about is the Caltex company being very rude to Ruby and myself. If you are buying a car and finance is selling you a package. Please make sure you know that is not unlimited and only $2,500 is covered. Which is not worth it. Other than that, Ruby thank you for all of your hard work and hospitality. I know this was not your fault, finance didn’t even know Caltex had a limit. Enrique

Great experience with the service department- they

Great experience with the service department- they diagnosed my car properly after I guessed what could have been wrong with it. When the diagnosis ended up being less costly than anticipated, they reduced their quote to match. They were familiar with common issues too so it was reassuring to have that expertise, they performed all the recalls while the car was in, and the work was done quickly as well.
