    Walked into the dealership to compare my deal against Audi. The team (Worked with Robert Stark, not Robert Crabtree as listed below, Robert Stark and... Brittany were not options to pick from)was great to work with even though I was being tough on my negotiations. My only negative comment would be the expense of maintenance but, I purchased all of the extended warranties and pre paid services so this helps reduce the cost.

    I liked service except every time I bring my car in the service takes longer and a problem happens. For example there was a recall on my radio and they... did it and now I have no volume so I dropped off my car on sat and nothing will be done until monday.

    Showed up to dealership with no appointment needing my car serviced right away. Dead battery and engine light on. They got me in no problem and right away.... My service advisor was very friendly and accommodating and informed me of the status of my car frequently and tried to get me out as soon as possible.
