Dante's xxxx has nothing on this service dept.

Car sustained damage in a MVC and was taken here to repair the drive train. Now 6 months, multiple visits and untold phone calls later, car squeaks with every bump. On visits we are told the had to order parts and on phone calls, we get switched to voicemail, hung up on, or put on prolonged hold and nobody comes back. We confronted the service manager who said he was new and was going to get the job done. Based on that, we took the car back yet again, was told it would be ready at 5:30 that evening. We were given a loaner that was dirty and smelled of tobacco. When we inquired to see if car was ready, we were told they wouldn't be starting on the car for a couple of days. Subsequent calls went to voicemail.

2016 Jeep Wrangler rubicon service

After having a headliner fall I notified service department and and instructed to bring vehicle in for service At scheduled appt for service was told by service writer that parts has to be ordered and would take about a week After 2 weeks I called service dept only to learn that parts still had not come in Another 2 weeks with no response from service a againcalled and was told a seat belt part had arrived but not the headliner as it was still in order Again about 3 weeks later I received a email from the car salesman (John Sutton) I had purchssed the vehicle from about a future follow up routine service. I the responded to him about this continuing problem of 6 weeks. The same day I emailed the salesman back I received notice from him that part for headliner had never been ordered and he had just been assured it would be resolved. Approx a week later the part came in and I was scheduled for service at 8:00 ton8:30 On 12/1/16 at service writers request as he said this would be best see for them and let them know I would Be waiting in vehicle When I showed up for appt on 12/1/16 I was asked if I was waiting and I said yes, was told they would Try and work it it, I questioned, don't I have an appt? At that time I went directly to salesman and it took his actions s to get this vehicle into shop for scheduled appt The entire experience was an absolute badnone

I bought my first Subaru!

I have always wanted one, saw theirs on Cars.com. Called dealer, Mike? King was my salesperson. He had the car brought up from another lot for me & was waiting when I got there. I was very pleased with all of my dealings with them. No pressure, which I really appreciated as I am a new widow & was very hesitant in buying a car by myself. The only thing was, the salesperson said he would have the car inspected & the maintenance records there for me to get so I would know what the car needed or not. I still have not recvd them & I've had the car for several weeks. They also did not have the title when I took the car, but I received it a couple of days later in the mail. Otherwise a very good experience.

Best car buying experience ever!

My fiance and I were looking to purchase a 4 door Jeep Wrangler. We had pretty specific needs. One day while on vacation we decided to "just go look". We test drove the jeep of our dreams! When we first approached the salesman I was pleasently surprised at the laid back sales approach. I loved not feeling pressured to make a decision. They put an offer on the table we could not refuse. We drove all the way back down there (220 miles one way) just to get out new jeep. I love how I felt like they wanted me to have to jeep not forced me into wanting it. It was the best experience I or my fiance have every had. I would recommend this place to anyone and plan on using them for our next car! A special thanks to Mike Slinkerd, Vince Devos, and Lance Burns. They made the experience amazing. I love my jeep and my experience.

Purchased 2011 Ford Edge SUV

My husband and I were shopping for a gently used small SUV. I had a number of options I wanted in the vehicle, making it difficult to find. I can't say enough about Vince Devos' patience, professionalism, knowledge, and soft sale demeanor. A great communicator, he took the time to teach us how to operate the vehicle's electronics, not an easy task with two old people who know very little. Vince even encouraged us to call him or visit at the dealership if we needed additional help. I did visit the day after the purchase and he was actually happy to teach me more! I'm 65 and my husband is 70. We've purchased a number of vehicles in our lives, but have never experienced a salesman like him before. I believe Sakelaris' philosophy goes beyond merely selling vehicles. They want the customer to leave happy and want to keep the buyer happy. That is smart business!

Had my vehicle repair here and the service was fast, friendly and fixed right the first time. Something you dont see much anymore. Plus they anwsered all my question.
