Totally jerked around by these guys.
Never jerked around like I was by these guys after many years of buying and financing cars and trucks. I was looking for a used car and found one online at this dealership. They were advertising that you could get the deal started online since we were in the middle of the Covid pandemic lockdown and I live in New Jersey. I wanted to be upfront regarding my situation, so I explained in my first email that I was a senior citizen living on a fixed income and that my credit was not perfect. I even included my annual income and my FICO score in that email. The salesman assured me that he could get me approved for a loan with an acceptable rate, so I sent in the credit application. He came back with a 36 mo. deal. In an attempt to get the payments a little lower, we went back and forth a few days over email. After exactly four days I said that I would just take the original 36 mo. deal. The salesman responded that the approval had been withdrawn and they had another buyer anyway. When I complained, he said the approval was still good but the terms had changed which made the payments way out of reach. Now my credit score has dropped 9 points and I have no car. What a way to run a dealership. My advice is to be very careful when dealing with these guys.

New car buyer.
Thought we would give i.g. Burton a try. They had the car we wanted & the price we could afford. Chris was outstanding, low key. I didn't feel like he was hounding me. He made the car buying process simple and easy. I would/will recommend i.g. Burton to anyone wanting a car, and Chris in particular.

We have been dealing with I G Burton in Seaford, DE for 8 years and we have never been disappointed. Their sales and service staff are excellent. Our go to sales man is Ben Reinert and he is truly a professional. He is not high pressure and looks out for our interests. We have purchased both new and used cars from him and he makes the buying process smooth and pleasant. He aims to please.
