    Did not get Car on time (three weeks after signed contract). Service Bad could not find rattle in front end(Midas found both struts leaking and replace... both (cost me 900$) Cost 150$ for diagnostic run. Findings Fan motor weak and rear evaporator leaking estm cost 1165$ Had car repaired at another Dealership and found hose leaking from compressor to evap leaking front motor support bad cabin air filter bad service trans all repaired for 1100.

    The folks and John Roley are awesome and made the whole car buying experience different than I've ever had. John Roley himself made a pointed effort to... chase us down and humbly thank us for purchasing a vehicle with them as we headed outside to get in our new Suburban. That was a first. It took months but our sales person stuck with us and was able to wait until the right deal worked out for us. He made it all happen in a couple of hours and had us in and out without a hassle. I would highly recommend anyone to this dealership.

    I found a car online and called and got on the phone with a sales person and basically handed him a deal. I gave him all my information and told him what... I was looking for in financing. After waiting and waiting, I contacted him and was promised he would get back to me. The next day I still hadn't heard back, so I contacted him again, he said he would get back. After doing this all day for the second day, I quit trying. I still don't know any details on what kind of deal I could have had. Horrible customer service.
