You can absolutely not beat the friendliness and customer service that these folks offer. We all know due to the oil industry booming not everything can... be perfect, but these guys go beyond the call of duty to make your service experience the best it can be. Great jobs guys and thank you.

Horrible service wouldn't recommend it. Counter personnel unorganized, unhelpful, and grouchy! Took my truck in for diagnostic. Made appointment told... me three days and a month later truck hadn't been in shop and they didn't have me in computer no one had any information to give me. Had to pick my truck up and take to different shop.

I have wanted to purchase a Cadillac ATS since 2013 and have researched the auto extensively. I have yet however spoken to a Cadillac sales person that... knew the features of this car. I went to the Midland Cadillac dealership with the purpose of simply test driving the car. The salesperson, Kevin, was a surprise. He knew all about the vehicle and made the test drive a very pleasant experience. I have been in lending for 15 years and always dread purchasing a car, mainly due to the tactics that are used or the lack of knowledge of the vehicle. This experience was a pleasant one across the board. I picked up my car the next day and it was spotless filled with gas and my salesman went over the features with me and set up my cell phone to the Bluetooth. I drove away a happy camper in my dream car. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
After purchasing we have had the worst experience with Justin Lara the sales manager we were inquiring about the contract with financing and rumor had... it we were upset was defunatley not true as we were leaving we were charged my judting using foul language ..... aggressively

Car repair - took my car in due to engine light coming on. My car was there for a week and nobody had done a diagnostic test to see what the issue was.... Very poor customer service.

Very disappointing experience, they found a way to mess up almost every step of the car buying experience. I set an appointment to look at 2 cars, when... I arrived they were unaware of my appointment and had neither vehicle. We found the vehicle I wanted at a nearby dealership and they arranged to get it. They did make me a decent deal on it, but I had to leave after an hour of waiting on financing. I made an appointment for the following business day and the financial manager was 45 minutes late. I was then told the vehicle would be ready that afternoon, and surprise, surprise it was not. They did nothing terrible, but not the kind of experience you would like to have when giving someone $60k.

Salesman was great, but the second I had an issue their service dept failed miserably. GMC refuses to fix and issue, dealer would not call me back, and... after 7 trips in they told me they were closing my case with an unfavorable outcome. Never buying GMC again! 52k wasted on a piece of junk with a useless warranty.

I have my car towed to Buick GMC Midland Texas for transmission on Monday when I called him about my vehicle they said they have one technician and it... will take them till Thursday I called him on Friday and they told me that it was not my transmission that they had a change of bunch of hoses out and they've gone test drive it an call me. The following week on Tuesday I called them to find out if my car was ready they told me that it broke down when I took it for a test drive in the problem was the transmission, I asked them how long will it take. They told me give them 3 days, I called 5 days later then they told me they needed my warranty I took my warranty to them and they said that's all I needed and my car be ready in about 3 days after a week I did not hear from them. I called him again asking the status of my vehicle hey told me that whoever took my transmission out and put it in the first time strip some the boats the tie rod was you were screwed in incorrectly there was some book some nuts missing and it's going to take awhile to get that off and then call me and tell me how much is going to cost me for those parts as I explained to them and on my warranty Buick dealership in Texarkana Texas it's the one who change the transmission out for me and put a brand new transmission in it I paid for it a week later when I return to call to them again not hearing from them I called him again asked about my car they said it'll be another week so what the bottom line is this year they have my car for 2 months transmission finally got put in it I got it back my dashboard is cracked my Bluetooth speaker that was sitting on my steering wheel is now inside my dashboard I'm have to take the passport off to get it retrieving steering column it's disconnected it's not hooked up correctly they ran a half a tank of gas out of my car then replace it also my battery light is coming on now while I'm driving down the road it comes on about 30 seconds and go off 10-15 minutes later come back on then go back off so they did allow the job as far as I'm concerned and I will never recommend anyone they need the car service go to Buick GMC in Midland Texas
