    I had a recent accident that resulted in a total loss in my car and my wife was 8 months pregnant with our first child when we went into Classic Chevrolet looking to buy a new Traverse. We were very pleased with the experience and we were immediately greeted by David Beltran who he took us into his office to offered us something to drink, and provided us with a plethora of options for us to choose from. During this time, David never pressured us to buy, but was only there to augment the process to help us find what we wanted, which we really appreciated. We took our time, looked at the different options for the Traverse and then went over to the GMC/Buick dealership down the road to compare prices. Right before we left John Moore, the GM, also spoke with us explaining that he would be willing to work with us to find the absolute best deal he could. After speaking with both David and John, we left with a great impression that eventually led us back to the dealership after looking at the offers from GMC/Buick. We continued to look at the different options and finally found the Traverse that fit our needs. During negotiations, David worked to get the best deal for us. I went over to talk to John to remind him of his comment right before we left and he said he would honor his remark and try to find the best deal possible. Furthermore, my wife was hungry and offered us something to eat while we worked on getting the best deal. Finally, we got the deal we wanted and bought the Traverse. I rated the facility 3 stars due to the lack of refreshments provided, I wish they would have had a soft drink machine, tea and snacks instead of only offering coffee and water. We hadn't bought a car in about 5 years and David did a great job orienting us to the Traverse features and made sure we understand all of the capabilities of the SUV before we left. Since it rained the day we bought the car, John was kind enough to offer a free car detail. When returning 2 weeks later for the car detail, David had us drop the SUV off and provided us a rental to use while the car was being cleaned and we picked the car up the following day. Overall, my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the customer service David Beltran and John Moore provided as well as the experience of buying the SUV.

    Manager at service extrimely rude. Refuse to reimburse me my money that they overcharged me. Didn't replace the parts that still have warranty "because I will waste my parts & labor if gets broke again". Management under this new owner are BAD! DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY !!!!!

    This had to be the worst service center that I have ever visited! I took my Malibu over to get a keyless remote door opener made. I scheduled an appointment for a Friday morning at 10a. There were also a few recalls that needed to be taken care of. When I arrived the service center attendant told me that they could not make the remote, unless I had the title. That would have been fine if only he would have told me that when I made the appointment. I told him that I would have to go get the title but to go ahead and take of the recalls so that when I came back, I would only have to wait on the remote. I had no one to take me back on Friday evening only to get a ride Saturday afternoon and nothing had been done at all. Not even the recalls. It was about 1pm and they close at 5pm on Saturdays. I gave them the title and fussed a bit about the recalls not being done. The service center attendant that was there, at this time told me to come back at 3pm and he would have it taken care of. I went back at 4pm and they still hadn't even touched my car. It was still parked in the same place. This was a terrible experience and a HUGE waste of my time. They had my car for about 30 hours without even touching it!!

    Great Experience! This is my second vehicle I purchase from them, and Thanks to Jose Lemus, for making everything possible. This guy really went above and beyond to make sure we were very satisfied with the purchase and the customer service he provided. Would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.     Let start by saying......this is what a car dealer should always value.....customer service at the sale! I recently purchased 2 vehicles from Ranger. After dealing with a dealer on the NW side of Houston on 290, the drive was more than worth it! Not only did Ranger beat the deal from the "Other Dealer", he actually BEAT IT! You would think dealers would value the fact that you are purchasing over $100K in new vehicles at once.......not the case! The "other" Chevy dealership on 290 actually was negotiating rebates that I already qualified for on their own website!!!!! What a joke!!!!! I would STRONGLY SUGGEST that anyone seriously interested in buying a new Chevy visit Ranger at Joel Rogers Classic Chevrolet of Houston! I told my story to the owner Joel, what a respectful gentleman. Thank you again Ranger and thank you Joel for a truely NO HASSLE BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! I will certainly be shopping with you again!!!     The Alas's brothers are very cool. If one of them isn't in the other will help you out. its a easy process. I would recommend it 100%. They explained everything and give you the best choice. They got me in a new car, which I am very happy with. I'm for sure purchasing another vehicle from this dealership.

    My name is Sharieka Thompson and I was really in need of a car. I was referred to Mr. James Crosby and he was awesome. He really listened to my needs and made sure they were meet! Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful. If I ever need another vehicle or know some that does I would definitely refer them to this place. I'm a very satisfied customer thank you again!
