First time coming in for my Outback to be serviced on and

First time coming in for my Outback to be serviced on and right away noticed friendly staff, not only to me but to other customers coming in as well. Waiting time was fast and was given a thorough report of what my vehicle needs.

I worked with Robert Fletcher at Bud Clary and was looking for a good deal on a new 2025 Equinox. He show us a dealer 2025 Subaru Forester Touring with 9,000 mile. He stayed late Sunday night to make the deal work.

On Oct 20, 2025 I had my Subaru serviced at Bud Clary Subaru in Longview. As usual, the service staff was friendly, responsive and efficient. Their record keeping is awesome too, which helps me with performance of timely maintenance on my 2013 Outback. I've had my car serviced there for 12 yrs and trust the Service Dept implicitly. Thank you Bud Clary Subaru!

I ended up buying my Subaru elsewhere as I found a low

I ended up buying my Subaru elsewhere as I found a low mileage used Outback that perfectly matches my specs, but have been bringing it here for service since and have been very happy so far! Nothing sneaky, up front about pricing and provided nice detailed info about vehicle status and recommendations.

Very helpful, completely upfront car was there for us to test drive price was exactly as promised and we were on our way home in record time. 5 stars not enough. We have been a customer for more than 13 yrs
