After buying a relatively new used car from them that supposedly did not have any issues, I had to spend over $4000 fixing the car. This was literally... one week after buying. They were very rude after the purchase was complete, refused to help me and would hang up on me after I was placed on hold for half an hour.
When I was shopping for a car, I made it very clear that I needed the title in hand within a week maximum (I paid cash and was exporting the vehicle and... had a tight shipping deadline). I was assured multiple times by salesman Adrian that it would take a couple days max. I was VERY clear that I could not wait longer. Low and behold it took 3 weeks to get the title. This delayed my shipment and cost me thousands of dollars in moving and storage fees. The auction company they bought it from lost the title - okay that's not their fault but the way they handled it was terrible. I had to call Greg and Mary in title department a handful of times each day for 3 weeks to get updates. Each time I called I was placed on hold for 10-20 minutes. Half of my calls were somehow disconnected (often after already waiting). The guys that answered the phones were rude and dry. No, "how are you" "please hold ma'am." Terrible customer service. I asked both Greg and Mary to call me back and update me on the progress - even to say title was still not found. They never did that so I had to waste time to call and hold for them. Never once got an apology. Finally I contacted Juan the GM after I found his contact details online. Earlier I had called and asked for him and was told "our GM doesn't talk to customers." He got the tracking number for my title in the end so I could rest assured that it was actually sent. But, not without a smar alec attitude. Basically these people will tell you anything to make the sale and then not care about following through on their word. I wasted so much time and money. Wish I had bought my Mercedes elsewhere because they definitely don't deserve the business.
Great people everyone was friendly, helpful, and made this process easy. I will definitely be buying from them in the future and would definitely recommend... anyone else to check them out!
LONESTAR MOTORCARS, LLC owned by Robert C. Morales owes us $3800 for a warranty we paid for. We settled for $2200. I picked up the check last week and... deposited it. I got a message from my bank that the check from LONESTAR MOTORCARS bounced. We will see you in court, Mr. Robert C. Morales. You guys should be ashamed of yourself!! We will never purchase another vehicle from you. I am telling everyone I know to not do business with you! Scam Artist and Cheaters should be the name of your dealership!
My salesman promised some things and of course those promises were broken when the car was purchased it???s a shame how they treat their military men so... whatever you do please don???t go see BIG T whose name is actually Thomas he???s a liar. This place is unprofessional once they sale you a vehicle that???s pretty much it they won???t nothing else to do with you and won???t answer your phones either. All I was trying to do was buy me a gift to celebrate my 10 year anniversary for serving our country but these guys don???t appreciate that . I wouldn???t recommend my worst enemy to this shop
BUYERS BEWARE! Worst car buying experience EVER! I was flat out lied to. I asked sales rep if there was any damage to the vehicle multiple times. He said... no. Vehicle showed up with a condition report that the transport company filled out, and my sales rep then signed. There were 5-6 thing wrong; chipped paint, dent in truck, damage to the passenger running board, and more. Management did nothing. Ownership did nothing. Worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT buy a vehicle from them!!

I purchased my first vehicle from Lone star Motorcade in March 2016 and second vehicle on March 30 2018 because they are very easy to deal with. The staff... is friendly and helpful. I sales person was Andy Moore who did everything he could to make my experience a good one. They have great vehicles that are priced to sell. I will be returning to Lone star in the future and recommend my friends.

I am currently the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations for a well-known local cosmetics company and I want you to know that I stand by every word... that I am writing. I can honestly say that I have never found a dealership that I could trust until now. I know if you are like me you will read all reviews and honestly I had reservations until I went in and met the owner. Robert Morales is a stand up gentlemen who has only wanted to give every customer an exceptional product and service he as the owner had not been involved directly for some time and hired a GM to run the business and unfortunately he has employed some people that did not have the organizations best interest at heart. I discussed my initial concerns and I can assure you that he and his new team have gone above and beyond on every aspect of the service any repair that I discovered after purchase no negotiating and honestly treating me like family. I will purchase all of my vehicles with him and recommend him to all that I encounter and know. He is truly and honest man with a heart of gold. I bought a G-Wagon from him and the car is a dream, but as it was a few years older I found a few minor things and Robert jumped on them with his team and repaired it quickly. I can also attest to the quality of cars that he purchases, they do not buy cars that have not been rated extremely highly by an independent 3rd party. In addition he also uses a 3rd party mechanic that is in house that can do major to minor repairs. I have never met a man like this, who truly does what he says. If you are wondering how I know so much is because I like him so much after, I kept dropping in and just chatting as he details my car and most of the time at no charge. If you sit somewhere long enough and truly watch you will learn a lot about how a person treats not only the customers but the people that work there. I can tell you he is a fair and decent man.
