They are professional, straightforward, honest and thorough. This place is great. I felt no pressure and assured the sales person that I was just looking.... He was more than happy to spend all of the time I needed to get the info I wanted and I bought the car because it felt right. I’m so happy with my purchase. Thanks

Email Sent To Owner of Dealership Below: "I purchased in good faith a 2017 CPO Corvette and had delivered via car hauler. Photos were attached.... 1)... I received Friday afternoon along with paperwork from hauler listing 22 item damages 2) Vehicle condition was not as expected. As a CPO and per discussions with Randy, I expected vehicle in much better condition or at least someone give me a heads up on what to expect 3) Vehicle delivered with no gas 4) Vehicle tires are in the yellow and red on a tread depth meter plus they roar on the highway and when pushing brake hard the steering wheel jumps right and left as if tire or cupped or brakes have issue 5) The check engine light was blinking and had to reset with OBD meter 6) Damages I am concerned with: Damaged top on passenger side, Side scoops, tires with tread depth below the CPO sheet, back of drivers seat, the logo scuff plate, damaged pillar plastics, over 6 gouged places under front lower ground scoop 7) I understand the car is used plus has 30k miles and expected to have a little road rash and scratches. However this car was bought retail and was listed for nearly $63,800, one would expect it to have been run through service and detail and fixed most of these items or at least make "note" for future buyer. 8) If I lived there and was there, I would have returned vehicle using the 3 day CPO warranty, but I don't and would like to resolve these issues and keep the vehicle. Please review attached info and please advise." Received call from Owner of dealership, Mr Reynolds, Monday following the Friday 2/21 drop off of vehicle. He had not taken time to read my email above, nor reviewed supporting photos and info before taking a defensive posture. He basically said it was a used car and what I got is what I get, I then referred to the CPO documentation that gave me the right to return/exchange within 3 days or 150 miles and he said "I'm not taking it back, no way, I'll see you in court first" ========= As of this post, I have escalated my feelings to GM and received case#. Hopefully GMs CPO customer service can mediate a fair solution. Chuck S ps. per CPO docs, the tire tread depth is 5/32nds on front and 6/32nds on rear. The actual is 4 and less across tires.
I am sorry that you didn't feel that you had the experience that you wished for. You made many allegations and I will take this opportunity to addres...s them all. Items 1), 2), and 6) You said that the transport driver, who was your personal transportation contractor, listed 22 item damages on the bill of lading. This is incorrect. He listed 10 on the bill of lading he left with me. 3 paint chips/scratches on the right side, 2 on the left side and 5 on the lower air splitter. All of these minute anomalies were either non-existent OR so minor that they fell well within the strict guidelines for certification. I did not agree with your contractor's assessment of the vehicle condition and felt that he was attempting to have me sign a document that would hold us liable for any damage that he may cause. This is why I signed the bill of lading with the note saying "Condition not verified by seller." My concerns were validated by the fact that he added 12 additional "item damages" from the time he left my location to the time he arrived at yours. I have the bill of lading from your transportation company to prove this. Furthermore, it is noteworthy that your personal transportation contractor failed to have the proper trailer and equipment necessary to properly transport a vehicle of this type. He lamented openly that your new car had an air splitter and that loading and unloading this car on a flat surface would be problematic and that he had damaged vehicles in the past. Fortunately, we had an incline that he was able to use to improvise a proper loading procedure. I questioned the wisdom of loading this car on the side of a hill and if he was prepared to properly transport the vehicle. He assured me that he was a professional. My feeling is that you should pursue reparation from your personal transportation contractor as he added 12 blemishes to your vehicle while transporting your new car in a substandard trailer as well as provided a bill of lading with 22 damages which was different than the one he provided to me (10 items - which I did not validate.) I would like to point out that we had a pro company lined up to transport your car. However, you rejected them in favor of your own transporter in order to save $500. Item 3) Vehicle was shipped with minimal gas due to safety concerns. Some transport companies do not like shipping vehicles with a full tank. I'm happy to mail a gas card for $75. Items 4) and 5) - Tires and brakes were well within CPO guidelines. Please make sure you measure tread from the proper location on the tire and not next to the sidewall. Some people make the mistake of measuring on the border of the sidewall and tread which will return an absurdly low reading. The brake and Check Engine Light issues that were not present upon departure coupled with the difference in stated damage by the transport company between departure and arrival are very odd. You might want to extend your investigation into your trans company processes and procedures. Item 7) - You stated that you bought this car "Retail" and while this was technically a "Retail" sale, you did not pay "Retail" pricing. While the car was listed at $63,800, your sale price (after multiple ethically borderline bait and switch style negotiation tactics by you) came to $59,500 - an additional $4300 discount. As a frame of reference, it was the lowest priced/best value deal in the continental United States for a vehicle of its type (3rd party verified.) Furthermore, every vehicle like it to pass through auctions in the US over the previous 90 days has sold for $61,500 or more which means you can wholesale the car for a profit. I believe that your malicious review and unwarranted demands are merely an extension of your manipulative style of always asking for more no matter what the other party gives to you. Regardless, we still stand ready to serve you. Kevin Reynolds, Jr
I have worked in the car business for almost 20 years so I know a good dealer from a not so good one and the group of people at Reynolds GMC is as professional... as they come. They did everything and then some to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. You could not ask to work with a nicer group of people.
Mr Lamas, Thank you so much! Your comments are what we strive for every day, on every customer, on both the sales and service side! Please let us k...now if we can assist you further. PS - Johnny Tyler says hi, and it was a pleasure working with you as well!
