    Me and my sister car broke down on a Wednesday. We had been sharing a car since we graduated from college. We were saving up to get our dream car (Jeep Wrangler) around our birthday. We went in the dealership with hopes not so high because we didn't didn't think we have enough saved. We walked in the dealership to see Kelvin Pitt waiting for us at the door to help us. He was so patient with us and made sure we knew all the details about the car we wanted and the different packages. It was our lucky day because they happened to have the Jeeps with the full package we wanted! We were able to walk out of there with two brand new Jeep Wranglers thanks to Kelvin. I am so satisfied with the Route 1 dealership. Kelvin is the best!

    I visited Route 1 in response to a mailing I received for an early lease buyout program. I started the process by live chatting with Route 1's Brittany about the mailing and the car in which I was interested. Impressed with this first level of contact with the dealership, I gave the approval for Yazmeen from the dealership to reach out to me - she, too, was extremely professional, answered my preliminary questions and set up a next-day meeting with Andrew. She also sent me a follow-up confirmation email - right out of the gate, without having met or spoken with a "live" person, I was already satisfied with the dealer's service. The next day, I went in and met with Andrew - we immediately hit it off. There was no upselling, high pressure, etc.: We talked about what brought me in, why I was interested in the Jeep model and then he gave me the keys to take it for a test drive. When we returned, he asked me what I was looking for in terms of ballpark price and terms, I gave them to him and he returned about five minutes later with prices - as always with a lease, there was a range of prices based on mileage and lease length. There was some more discussion about taxes and title, we shook hands and that was that - the car and I were sold. Now, this is definitely an oversimplification in the sense of the very personal level of service Andrew provided. He took the time to learn about me and was genuinely interested in learning about me as a person first and a buyer second, which is how it should be - if you don't understand the former you can't understand the latter. Andrew didn't want to make a sale - he wanted to make a sale that was right for me. I also want to give props to the financing person, who made that part of the deal equally painless. Typically, I dread that more than the actual sales process - not with Route 1. I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he said, "Look - here are the options in terms of add ons. If you're interested, let me know and I'll explain them. If not, let's get this done and you out quickly." I also had a great chat with Dustin Corbett, Route 1's General Manager, about Andrew and the process as a whole. Again, it was evident that he is passionate about ensuring a high level of customer service and offering a superior overall purchase/service experience. At no point did I feel pressured or like another fast-food burger being rushed from griddle to cardboard container. Again, I was treated like person by people who valued me AS a person first and a buyer second. I don't think there is any higher praise that can be given to any service-driven business. I can't recommend Route 1 highly enough - and Andrew is the person to see when it's time for you to look for your next car.

    Kelvin Pitt was wonderful to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and offered my twin and I a great deal! We told him what we could afford and what packages we wanted in the vehicle. We drove out of the dealership with our very own Jeep Wranglers that same day. He made our first experience an exciting and memorable one. Damen Krone, Finance Manager was helpful on what vehicle protection package to select.

    I stopped into the dealership not specifically looking to purchase that day, but to get an idea of what was available and pricing I would need to account for later. Luke greeted me and my son, and probed for our interests and needs so he could look to see what was available. I was interested in a manual transmission and in my research of dealers in the area, inventory is limited. Knowing we had never driven a Wrangler before, Luke promptly pulled one out of the lot (Rubicon) and off we went for a test drive. That ride gave me enough to peak my interest to pursue further. Based on our driving needs, Luke recognized that a Rubicon was not the right model and had a 75th edition manual unlimited brought from the warehouse to the dealership. Needless to say, my son loved it. Luke worked with us and his management team to get the best deal on the car as well as meeting my $ request for my trade-in. Not expecting to purchase a new car that day, Luke provided an offer I couldn't walk away from. As I was purchasing this right out, Mike from finance only had to review add one with me. He was patient and provided a full explanation of the offer and value.
