bad costumer service

Travis from finance had rap music blasting the whole time we were signing papers and was very pushy about getting extra stuff and overall very unprofessional made me feel very unappreciated and just bad customer service I reached out to general manager and finance manager called me shortly but not once did he apologize for the incident and had to come back to get some paperwork explained because Travis didn’t explained anything to me just told me to sign I had to go back and get it explained I wouldn’t recommend this dealer at all.. Drove 195 miles for this Dealership!

Folsom Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has far exceeded my expectations for a car dealership. I had the pleasure to work with Tian, who was the original person that had helped me with a successful purchase of a 2022 Pacifica. What makes this dealership stand out is that they have honest pricing and takes great care of their customers. I reached out to Tian by phone as the dealership was three hours away from my home. Tian provided information about the vehicle and followed through with all the pictures, specs, true pricing, thoughts and answered all questions very promptly. Upon arrival, he worked closely with me on the vehicle while catering to everything as an honored guest. We walked through the whole process along with the sales and App setup for the car. We made the purchase and all the forms were completed within the hour. Do not think that rushing is bad, this dealership is legit with no hidden fees and none of that pressure into buying random add-ons. I shopped around ~20 dealerships from orange county, san jose, fresno, to sacramento in a span of 3 days just to find Folsom had the most competitive prices and no catch.

Good service

Service was right on time. Scheduled same day appointment. Short handed on there end due to weather and people couldn't get to work,but got me in and scheduled serviced completed. Service writer was awesome. Could use a bit better vehicle line up for service entry.

SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

At 9:26 AM on November 10, 2021, I called the Folsom Lake dodge ram service department to make an appointment to have my husband’s truck serviced for an issue with his ABS light and cruise control not working. They gave me an appointment at 8:00 AM on Saturday December 4, 2021. When setting this appointment, I specifically asked for them to find a spot where a technician could diagnose and fix this problem SAME DAY if possible. I understand that since we didn’t know what was wrong the truck it might not be possible; we may have to bring the truck back to be fixed if the part wasn’t in stock. That would have been fine. Around 3:30 pm on Friday December 3, 2021, my husband and I dropped off his truck the night before his appointment and while waiting to be help had the pleasure of listening to JEFF GARNER complain about the customers he deals with on a daily basis while he was waiting to be helped. Saying in a very snarky tone “I don’t know why people keep calling in, when it’s done, I’ll call you” along with other disrespectful words like we are inconveniencing his life. By saying this to other employee’s while customers in the waiting area could cause a hostel working environment, as well as teach younger employees around him to behave poorly at work. If he were my employee, he would be fired immediately for if he isn’t currently happy with his job may he should find one that will make him happy. As one of the customers who use the Folsom CDJR service department WITHOUT REVENUE FROM CUSTOMERS, HE WOULDN’T HAVE A PAYCHECK. I know 100% it’s difficult dealing with customers however if you provided a more reliable service and was more transparent about the appointment we would not have to call and get updates every few hours. It shouldn’t take 8 hours to look at a truck and diagnose a problem. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME, IT’S OKAY TO TELL ME THAT. PLEASE GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT WHERE YOU CAN OPEN THE HOOD OF MY VEHICLE WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF MY APPOINTMENT TIME AND DATE. I would rather wait a couple more days for this. When I called to check on the status of the truck at 10:40 AM (2 HOURS AND 40 MINUTES PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME) they were still waiting on a tech to look at his truck. They hadn’t even touched it!!!!!! This is extremely frustrating because my time is just as valuable as their time. I was extremely upset that this was happening, and I did have a few choice words to say about my experience to Miguel who answered the phone, he acted very professional while I was upset and really do appreciate this. When we got there to pick up my husband’s truck, without ever being looked at, he made sure the keys and paperwork were up front, so we did not have to wait any longer. Thank you, Miguel, you rock I wish that everyone had your level of customer service skills. Let’s fix this problem I know I am not the only one who feels this way. An appointment starts at the time you make it. Not whenever you feel like working on it. PLEASE REMEMBER-My time is just as valuable as yours and every company’s greatest asset are customers because without customers there is NO COMPANY.
