I live in Stockton and got denied for a New Car. They wanted a big down payment and wanted me to jump through a lot of unnecessary requirements. My son... referred me to Folsom Dodge. I filled out my application online and was pre-approved quickly! Chris Hurd did a wonderful job with getting me approved and providing me with a great car selection. Charles Townsend from Finance was professional and explained the process well. I recommend that you try Folsom Dodge first! Stockton Dealerships are a joke!
Thank you so much for the feedback and recommendation!
The salesman and his manager provided excellent customer service. They were helpful and attentive. I purchased the car I wanted and am quite satisfied... with the overall experience
Falvin was quick to help me after a long wait for a tow it was great to see a friendly face. He assured me they would get right on it as at the time the... cause of the transmission problem wasn’t known. I received a loaner car which they saved for me as I had called previously and there wasn’t one available. (Guess the long wait for a tow was a plus, they were not responsible for the tow). Falvin called me every day to keep me informed and a special part was needed from back East. We had it shipped overnight and I got my truck back in a day after the part was received!
Needed to get the air increased in my tires. Joseph was Johnny on the spot and got them done within four minutes. Did the himself to lessen the time... to complete the task. Awesome!
Came to buy a used car. In jeans, tee shirt, and sneakers walked in and was ignored for almost ten minutes. Wasn't busy so I left and bought a $36,000... car somewhere else!
We are sorry to read this, Joe.
I placed an inquiry via their website on a Charger in their ad. Making sure they were equipped to answer my main questions, I added much of the needed... information in the comment section, along with what I was looking to spend and trade-in value of my then current car and down available. A short time later I was contacted by a salesman who identified as Justin. Justin was professional for about ten seconds, until after he heard my decline of his quoted $2,000.00 as the trade-in for my then 2012 Charger(trade-in for the particular car/mileage and underestimated condition was $4,200.00). Upon hearing a low-ball offer, I politely explained I would not be interested in their offer and planned to check elsewhere(mind you I'm on my way to this dealership to check new inventory regardless, I would have been a returning customer as my last two dodge purchases were from the very same dealership). Justin immediately became agitated, and in a raised voice stated "You mean to tell me I just spent all that time looking into this for you and you wanna go somewhere else" and scoffed audibly over the phone. I replied "excuse me?", to which he replied "you heard me, I went through the effort and you're telling me you won't even come out here?!" At this point I realized the customer service here has changed, if even for one employee, and turned my car around and went home. For one, I don't deserve your bad day or whatever else is bringing you to attempt an aggressive tactic with me, second you've lost a two-time customer. I genuinely hope that management can get a hold of this issue before it affects their business over the long run. Luckily I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in the bay area, and I'll likely return to their dealership for my next purchase regardless of the drive. Customer service and customer loyalty are bound, I wish the owner/s the best of luck in resolving the issue.

If i could give negative zero stars i would. The texting back and forth in the begining was good and courteous. I was wanting a new 2019 dodge charge... GT and was using my 2004 gmc 2500hd crew cab pickup as a down payment. (I asked four times what they were giving me for my trade in with no answers from salesmen) i had told them what my 1st preference was and he comes back with an approval for a challenger (which isaid i would be interested in as well) but tje bank wants $900 down on top of my trade in value or $1200 down for the charger ( mind you the charger is $450 more then the challenger thats it ) so i told him i dont want to pay that much out of pocket. Then he comes back with $450 down on the challenger and says they can hold a check for 2 weeks to help me out. I ask if he can hold the check for 3 weeks and he says no its corporate policy for 2 week hold. I thought about it and told him i dont want to settle just to have a new car if its not what i want and im not desperate. Then his attitude changes saying...settle? You said you would take any of the two and goes on saying if i would have known that i wouldnt have spent hours and even days getting you apporoved and wasting my time (um isnt that your job to do that?) So i say i only want the charger so if you can get the down to $750 i will buy it tonight. The next day he texts me saying you cant get the charger at all now because my credit wont allow it and i should just get the challenger to help my credit to get the charger one day. So i asked what changed from the day before when the charger was on the table for $1200 down? No answer...so i email the internet manger and tell her my issues and she emails me back saying the down on the charger is $3500 but she can hold a check for 3 weeks (what happened to corporate policy of 2 week hold?) And why did the down go up to $3500? No answer again ..the GM called me and he left a message woth no call back number to reach him at and it was as short and arrogant a message ive heard from a GM..he goes this is so and so calling you back um yeah talk to you later ..thats it no apologies or any mention of trying to reftify the situation..if you want the run around and contradicting information then this is the place for you..customer satisfaction is not in there vocabulary and it should be their number one priority. Buy at your own risk .
So sorry to read this, mjc. We will work with the dealership to make things right.
