Avoid at all costs
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I called about a truck and they said the advertised price was wrong because they performed $2500 worth of repairs to the vehicle. We finally agreed on a price ($1500 more than advertised) and I secured financing. Check in hand, spoke to my salesman to let him know, I was on the way. One hour into my 2 1/2 hour drive, he calls me back to say they just sold the truck. Who does business like that?
Service department seems understaffed and in poor form, will never return. Picked up my car after 2 weeks with grease and a horrible "grease smell" , the lady at the service desk couldn't even walk me to my car or tell me where it was, just handed me the keys and said "I don't know where it is, they don't tell us that". No thank your or anything. Very sad. Went home and spent 2 hours cleaning it. I would never treat someone's vehicle that way, take a little pride in your job.

It was a great experience! It was my first time getting a car for college and they made my experience enjoyable and fun. I would definitely recommend this place to get a car.
Poor customer service
Today i had an 8 AM appt to have some recall work done and my vehicle phone that required service. I was told when I made the appointment it should not take long and it was a waitable situation. I showed up at 8 AM right on time. I sat in your waiting area for 4 Hours!!! Not one person came to tell me what was going on or how much longer it would take. 4 Hours!!!! I finally decided to ask how much longer and was told that my car had not even been looked at. IT WAS STILL SITTING THE QUE LINE!!! I am so mad that the service reps didn't even have the decency to come tell me that the car was still waiting. I will never use your service again and I sure as heck will not buy a car from you and maybe not another Dodge. I am going to make everyone aware of how you handle business and advise them to stay clear of your establishment. A very unhappy customer
My dad has bought 3 vehicles from them. We went back to buy one for myself. The sale person was straight forward. No bs about the cars I was looking at. Told me if there’s anything wrong with them. Completely honest with me about them. He didn’t try to sell me a car just to make a sale. He listened to what I was looking for. And helped me find what I was looking for.
Wait wait and wait some more
Third time vehicle has been in for recall fix. Second time for alignment issue. 5th time for engine service light. Service staff do not communicate internally well. Last visit was on site waiting for service over 6 hours
I called this dealership to buy a vehicle and they informed me that the vehicle was sold. But somehow the same vehicle is still listed on their website??? Terrible customer service.
I found the exact package and color of Pacifica at this dealer. I contacted Frandoo, Internet sales manager at Countryside on the phone. We negotiated the price on the phone and I verified the existence of the vehicle by picture and VIN # he sent me. After I got to the dealer, the process of the purchase of the new Pacifica was smooth and easy. Frandoo was very knowledgeable and he took time to explain functions and operations of the vehicle. He did his best to make certain that the transactions go through without hitch. He is also courteous. Even days after the sale, I had certain concerns, and he put efforts to address the issues instead of just referring to service department. Financial department did excellent job in processing the purchase documents as well. Overall, this was one of the best experiences of new car purchase that I had over past 4 decades. Even though Countryside in Jackson, GA is a small dealer, they are head and shoulder above the big fancy dealers in Atlanta. I highly recommend Countryside and Frandoo Jean for the next car purchase. i went to get the price on a car!
they where no good at trying to sale me a new car. they approached me as if i was poor and had no money just because my credit score. i showed $12,000.00 cash and they changed there atittude torwards me. i dont like there costumer service. it was very poor.
