Friendly sales process. I bought the Acadia by the end of the day. Service dept is quick and painless. It was my first GMC vehicle and I am pretty sure... we will be getting our second within a year.

Kevin Miller once again came to my rescue. I had crack in my windshield on my car I discovered on Wednesday 1/8/2020. I called him that morning and told... him and he told me to bring it in first thing Friday morning 1/10/2020. I did and it was fixed the price was good and I was on my way. He is always caring and professional. Super knowledgeable and gives excellent service. It's this example of service that keeps me coming back and makes me always recommend the Anchor Dealership.

Had oil change. Mentioned brakes were pulsating. Service advisor said to make an appointment for repairs. I was left with impression rotors would be... replaced, however they were resurfaced. Fixed problem under warranty. I feel that if it wasn?t under warranty they would have Replaced the rotors. Will continue to use for service , I?ll make sure I understand how repairs are being handled going forward. (I did not make a complaint to Dealership).

Overall it was an excellent experience, the only reason I did not give five stars is because when we first went to the lot we were looking at vehicles... in the yard for a long time. We had to go into the dealership to find someone to discuss our choices with. Beyond that everything and everyone were excellent.
