Was assuming payments from another customer as of 10/11. Paid two payments of 180 from then untill 10/31. Went in with notarized contract. Tried to get everything switched. Tom was supposed to called me last week but not a response from anyone. Was told we could get everything taken care care of. Called to try to get information, and office staff was rude. No answers, and then tell truck picked it up. In 20 days paid $360.00.

I recently purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler from Cars Trucks & Credit in Lincolnton. The customer service i received was fantastic. I had called ahead to have an appointment made for a test drive and when i got there they had the jeep out front and ready to go. When i got back from my test drive I didn't feel obligated to make a purchase from them. They weren't nearly as pushy as some of the other dealerships I've had to deal with. I'm proud to say i purchased my Jeep from them. The price was unbeatable, the customer service was amazing, and the process was incredibly quick and easy. I would definitely recommend doing business with this place. You will not regret it. :)
