    Dennis was an absolute joy to work with. He was very friendly and ensured I left with my expectations met and was a satisfied consumer. He went above and beyond to ensure my sales person was offering me everything I asked for. With that aside, Scot and Gabriel made this sale beyond disappointing. Scot sold me my car back in 2014 and I was excited to see he was going to be working with me again. As he's been promoted I figured he kept up that good friendly spirit but it was absolutely dreadful working with him. He didn't care about my needs and did not check to make sure my expectations were met. He promised me free tint as part of the deal and as indicated on the bill of sale but I've been yet to contacted with a date to drop my car off. It has been a month now. Gabriel was contacted by me about two weeks ago, where I informed him that the tech package that I paid $1000 extra for was not in my car. He said he'd look into that as well as finding out the installation for my tint. I got a call yesterday saying my plates are in from another employee. I informed him I was waiting for a callback from Gabriel about the issues I presented to him. I was then told that Gabriel was on a leave of absence and that employee I was on the phone with had no idea of what was to be happening. Clearly communication was dropped from Gabriel to the team. Previously I called Scot directly and was told he wasn't available to talk at the moment. But, what Scot doesn't know is one time when I called the employee forgot to put the phone on hold and Scot said some disparaging remarks about not wanting to work with me which included an expletive. Thoroughly disappointed because now I sit here with a great car but without things that I paid for inside of it.
