I’ve been taking my G37 to Infiniti of Englewood for years, but their renovations forced me to try Fette Infiniti. That was a mistake. I went in for two very straightforward things: a front suspension squeak and a broken sun visor. Fette operates less like a premium service center and more like an automated upselling machine that forgot how to actually diagnose a vehicle. Here is the breakdown of the experience: 1. Zero Diagnostic Effort: They didn’t bother doing a ride-along to let me reproduce the noise. Instead, I got radio silence all day until I was forced to hunt them down by phone at 5:55 PM right before closing. 2. The $10k Text Message: Instead of a service manager calling to actually explain their findings, I just received an automated text quoting me $10,000 for a laundry list of entirely unrelated "issues." 3. The $200 Phantom Fix: They told me the suspension squeak was actually a loose catalytic converter shield, ripped it off, and charged me $200. By that afternoon, the squeak was back and worse. (A competent second opinion later confirmed my initial intuition: it was the control arms in suspension, which only acts up once the car warms up). 4. The Visor Fiasco: I had prepaid $247 for a replacement sun visor and booked a Saturday install. When I arrived, I was told a 5-minute, 3-screw job would take two hours and cost $65 in labor. I told them to just hand me the part so I could do it myself in the parking lot. The punchline? They couldn't even find the part. It took another hour just to process my refund. Communication here is fundamentally broken. When I called to report the failed suspension fix, I was promised a callback from Stephan that never came. Service advisors Julio and Roberto have the warmth and bedside manner of a broken walk-in freezer. The left hand genuinely has no idea what the right hand is doing. The only redeeming quality of this entire operation was the cashier, who was fantastic. If you expect premium continuity of service and actual mechanical competence, avoid Fette Infiniti.

my experience is excellent i went there in my old QX60 and came back with 2027 QX 60 in 2 hours they done a wonderful job without any hassle for me paper work done in one hour they are friendly and helpful

Excellent customer service! I'm usually hesitant about dealerships, but after receiving strong recommendations about Jonathan, I decided to take a leap of faith.
