I purchased 05 Ford Focus wagon. Problems from day one....

I purchased 05 Ford Focus wagon. Problems from day one. CF turned rotors and front end aligned car after I purchased. Sold w/dry rotted tires CF replaced. Transmission motor mount needed to be replaced and I had to have another mechanic not CF diagnois this problem.CF kept saying there was nothing wrong with car. CF did a vehicle safety inspection before the car was sold to me,I had 3 major problems with the car in 34 days of ownership I filed arbitration Mass.Attorney General Office.Chatham Ford gave me a refund. CF knew if I proceeded with arbitration Cf would of paid a big fine thru the state. CF had BS on their work orders also. I am very happy to be out of their piece of junk.Car still sitting on the lot. Would I recomend Chatham Ford a big NO

I bought a used van from Chatham Ford. Three weeks later the engine light came on. I brought the van back, was informed that there was a one hundred dollar charge for warranty work which I believe is not a common practice. I was never told that by the salesperson before buying the van. The saleperson was indifferent. In my opinion, this is poor business practice and I have begun to spread the word about Chatham Ford's inability to see that customers do not return if treated unethically. Interestingly, several people have already told me they would never do business with Chatham Ford.
