    I received a email about a vehicle and asked for pricing. The service rep was very candid and up front as to all systems were a go. But apologized in that... the vehicles I was looking for were a year older then specified for a Buick and also a Ford product. The pricing was set over my email sent by more then the amount I had to purchase by total cash if I was in the range to visit and test, hoping all was as I wanted to inspect and would have drove it home. The person talking with me at that time stated they were looking for one of the Buicks like a Luzerne or a Regal in 2008 to 2010 years and same with a Ford Edge. Both were close to mileage for those years but asked if they could find one for me in same condition, mileage and retail pricing and will contact me asap on findings and pictures and specs for a chance of me coming in for a look and test drive which I definitely stated "Yes".. So now, I am waiting such an email as I do have time for them to find one for me. Very professional, and even laughed at a joke I gave him with a note stating that I was not of standard customer with such a smile and honest period with time to show I was not a phony person but more then average customer when talking of mechanics and the like. I would have given a total of all five stars had the price been able to be near my amount I have to spend, but knew that it is their pricing as it was and accepted it as normal business (that it when I gave him a funny joke that he will mention it during a coffee break. I even gave name and phone as well as email address for others to check out knowing they are more the fair and honest based on my area dealers. Sincerely; Ed Baraket
