Fantastic experience all around. No hassles from any sales staff. The purchase was very easy with them. Matt did a fantastic job meeting my needs for ...a bigger truck
We are very happy to hear that we met your standards in purchasing a new SUV from Marks Discount. Hopefully you think about us in the future. We would... be more than happy to help you out at any time. Thanks for taking the time to leave us how our experience was with us.
This is a dealership that you need to avoid at all costs. They sold me a car, engine light on and promised it would get fixed. Not so! Repairs are don...e by non certified auto repair guys, owner does not return calls and basically ignores all issues. I will share my experience with anyone that I talk to! Stay away and check out google reviews
Coming to this dealer was a real surprise. At first the Building looked like a residential home with lots of vehicles in front, beside and in back of ...the building. I came here because a vehicle I was looking for was advertised. I got out and looked the vehicle over and went to find a salesperson to answer some questions. I found Bill. Very friendly and pleasant, answered everything I asked. I knew it was the van for me, as I already had an earlier model and wanted to update. Everyone at this business was great, Check them out. You will be really surprised. Dave from Barrington, NH
So i was referred to this dealership from other used dealer in the lakes region. As i was told oh we might have the car you are looking for at our ot...her location. So after looking on te computer of pics.decided to drive to londonderry with my nice friend who was helping me. Upon driving in it looks so nice. Buildimg os cleaning and newer. The parking lot is full of beautifully detailed cars. But that is where the good stops. We were immediately ambushed by a sloppy dressed man( later to be known as the Gen. Manager Joe) he pushed us off to a man that new less about cars than my 5 year old lab. Every question was answered with oh thats normal with used cars. Oh we can always fix that. All they wanted was a deposit. Didnt even car what car even at one point said we can figure out the car after. I just need a deposit so my boss knows you are serious. I felt so uneasy we left. Too pushy. Then to boot they have been calling my every day when i did not give them my number i only gave it to "their other location " in lakes region. Took my business to a new car store and got a lease instead.
I have had the most extraordinary buying and service experience at Marks, I encourage everyone to check them out when looking to buy a used car. They ...have been honest, fair and have bent over backwards to see that I am a satisfied customer in many ways. I could go on and on in specific about my salesperson, Matt the owner, Mark. They all worked hard to find the right car at the right price, seeing to it that it was mechanically top notch and financially affordable. I am sending everyone there. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
The best experience buying from a dealer!! Relaxed no pressure sale. I have been talking up these guys everywhere !! They are top shelf all the way !!
Unlike others I took 3 months to write this review. First impressions and the first 30 days of a new vehicle are always skewed by emotions. Well n...ow that I am stable... kind of... I can tell you they are the real deal. From the time I drove in till the time I left the facility with a 2013 Nissan Frontier I felt like I was talking to life long friends. There was absolutely no pressure and no gimmicks. I bought the truck as an "AS IS" purchase. I paid a Valvoline shop to perform a safety inspection after the purchase just to make sure the sticker Mark's placed on the truck was valid. Valvoline was so impressed with the work that was just done to the truck they wanted to know where I bought it because they were looking for a used vehicle. Mark's Discount Truck heard about me having an inspection and were extremely concerned thinking I had an issue with the truck and asked repeatedly how they could help. Please believe me when I say " They really do care". I will definitely go back if I am in the market for another used vehicle.
These guys were excellent for getting me in the vehicle of my choice at a payment I could afford . Pat was great at answering any questions my wife a...nd I had. Got us a great rate at a local bank. And I drove home that day just like they promised I would. These are the guys you want to buy a a car from.
Pat is thrilled to hear that he met your expectations in the selling process. Marks Discount always wants the customer to feel that we met their stand...ards in every category. It was a pleasure meeting you and earning your business. Any questions or concerns please ask for Pat.
I recently bought a truck from Mark's Discount Auto and had a very pleasurable experience throughout the process. No pressure or crazy sales tactics. ...I feel a got a very fair deal and so far the truck has performed perfectly. I worked with both Pat and Joe and they were both great. I'll be going back to see them again after my daughter starts to drive.

I went to Mark's based on a vehicle recommendation from cars.com to buy a car for my daughter in college. They were asking nearly $1,300 above Kelley... Blue Book value for a 1999 BMW 323i, but we agreed on a price that was $1,000 lower than asking (still above KBB). I bought the car "as-is, no warranty", but with one contingency (written into the contract): my mechanic needed to sign off on the sale, and they needed to address whatever he surfaced as an issue. He did surface one issue: the vehicle had an issue with the driver's side lock, which they agreed to fix as a contingency upon the sale. Thus began the comedy of errors. They claimed "it'll take 5 minutes - it'll be done on Friday". When I went to pick the car up on Saturday, they claimed the locksmith was closed when they went to pick up the lock, so it would have to be next week. Next week came and went, with an excuse that the lock didn't fit. They finally, after almost a month, ordered the lock from BMW directly and installed it. After getting the car, a litany of issues arose. Gas cap jammed. Service lights to replace parts averaging one per week. Lesson learned - never buy something as-is, no warranty. 6 weeks later, the locking mechanism (on which the sale was contingent) came loose on the door, preventing me from getting into the car. I had it towed to a BMW dealership, and they stated that whomever installed the lock broke it when doing so. I called Mark's, and they offered no resolution, no compensation, not even a "sorry this is a problem". Just awful. Run, don't walk. Do not trust these guys.
First we would like to say that we are sorry you were not pleased with your purchase. As far as the price of the vehicle, you bought the vehicle thous...ands dollars below NADA Book value. The issue with the lock we did have it fixed for you by BMW. You had the vehicle checked and inspected by your mechanic. You purchased the vehicle un-inspected, as is, with no warranty with your mechanics approval. There is only so much we can do with a vehicle that we sold for $3,000. Thank You for taking the time to give us your input.
