My overall experience was well. The wait time was just a little too long for getting my rear tires checked and $50 was a lot to patch two tires, but at... least I didn't have to buy new tires.
Do not go to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. It was a nightmare. Getting in contact with anyone via phone is almost impossible. I had to make special... trips up there just for information that could have been communicated to me over the phone. I was promised that they would repair the lift gate that wasn’t functioning when I purchased the vehicle. I waited 3 weeks for a part and no one ever let me know it arrived. I called the person who sold me the vehicle Christie Weldon. She said she would check and never got back with me. Hours later I called service and they said they would get with her and someone would call back. That never happened. I called multiple times the next day trying to find out if the part had made it and absolutely no one returned my calls. I had to drive an hour just to have them tell me it was there. The service mgr Seth gave me his number and told me to let him know when I could come in. I text him on a Wednesday and asked if the next day would be fine. He said of course. I get there that morning only to be told I had to make an appointment. I absolutely lost it. This dealership allowed nothing but frustration for myself, the customer. The only person who actually followed thru with his call back commitments was my service writer John G. He was wonderful. I finally get my vehicle back a week later with a functioning lift gate. 53 days later from my date of purchase and I still had no tags! First they couldn’t secure the title to the vehicle they had already sold to me. The title clerk said she would call back with an update. Maintaining their current track record, that call of course never happened. A week later I call back multiple times and finally someone answers(voicemail was full so leaving a message was not an option.) Wednesday she said they would try to have it Friday and if not then early the next week. The following Thursday rolls around and of course still no tags. Lisa finally got some course of action and I received my tags Saturday. She only helps at that location and thank goodness she intercepted my call. This place is so poorly ran. I have never had a more terrible experience. Go anywhere but here!

Whether it is buying a car, getting your car serviced or repaired, they go the extra mile. I love Mercedes-Benz of Collierville.
This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Collierville. Why? Because their people are AWESOME and their focus on Customer Service... is the best I have seen/experienced at a car dealership ANYWHERE!!! From the General Manger to the Lot Porters, they all seemed to be focused on the Customer Experience. For example, we were there for service and they were really busy; we saw Armandi Hajdini (General Manager) hustling to bring several cars up from the car wash and even towel drying them on the Service Drive to reduce customer’s wait time. I am not an impulse buyer and usually shop four to six months before buying a vehicle. After researching pre-owned vehicles in a 200 mile radius of Memphis, Mercedes-Benz of Collierville had the BEST Deal (lower miles, lower price, and the vehicle was Certified). Test drove it Saturday and bought the vehicle that Monday. Real ENJOYED working with Doug Shinholt (Sales Consultant), Harold Williams (General Sales Manager) and Rich Kraft (Finance Manager). Based on my buying and service experiences with Mercedes-Benz of Collierville, over the past five years, I can CONFIDENTLY RECOMMEND this dealership. You will receive a level of PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL attention that will make you say… WOW!!!
I would like to have given you a 5 and I realize I bought this vehicle sight unseen so I guess that's on me but there was a couple items I've had to repair... on the first day that I didn't mind much but should not have had to and the car not having a manual and having an expensive repair to a door card is not something that I would have expected spending this much money.
I enjoyed our experience except it took two trips to complete the loan processing. However the dealership went out of their way to make us feel better... about the process.

used the road side service so have no real input on dealership and ho wthey handle things the road side guy was great
This is one of the worst Mercedez Benz dealership ever. They charged all tax and registration fee to me, and I paid it all in time but they never filed... for registration. And then they send me paper work 4 months later asking me to do the registration. And now they are not even responding to get it sorted out as there is penalty charged for late registration. One of the most messed up and irresponsible management. This is just one of the issues, there have been several other issues that have happened since the day I signed a lease with them. They don't deserve to run a brand like Mercedez. I would definitely not recommend this dealership.
