I was shopping for a car and wound up at Trident. I was going to buy one until they told me to tell the bank I put down $3500 when I only put $600 down.... Then they told me to say I was getting SSI in the amount of $790 per month when I don't. Fraud is a Federal Offense and they are committing it daily. If you lie about these things, you can be arrested and charged as well. DON'T DO IT!!!

They sold me a 2005 Cadillac with 32k miles. Bad fuel pump. Won’t even talk with me. Pics on eBay very deceiving. Don’t buy here!

The worst dealership ever. They have great pictures of what they want you to see. When the car is delivered, it's totally opposite. Maryland Motor... Vehicle Department knows all about them. Better Business Bureau gives them a F for a reason. Dont fall for their lies!

These guys sell on Ebay as unique_autos365. Very dishonest and clever seller. They didn't want me to inspect the vehicle I purchased on Ebay. They lied... and reset the "Check Engine" light. Claimed my truck was in great shape, yet, omitted a lot of significant deficiencies in the description. The merchant opened a "Unpaid Case" with Ebay and got my feedback thrown out. Very clever.

Joe and Sharon are morally bankrupt. True scam artists. Buyers you must visually inspect every inch of a vehicle and have a competent mechanic look... over the vehicle before you do a thing. Dishonest ebay sellers. beyond belief. They are true fraud professionals selling flood damaged junk. Period. The troubling thing is they know how to get away with it.

Trinity Automotive Group Dealership misrepresented the flooded, rusted out defective vehicle I purchased on ebay. They indicated good running vehicle (that... broke down three days later after leaving the dealership.) As I see it is Misrepresentation of goods and services. Professional pictures are taken of the vehicles and posted leaving out or bypassing defects that are crucial to the vehicles longevity. Dealer then makes promises never to return your calls. I paid $ 8487.00 on a ebay sale. Vehicles 4x4 transfer case locked up three days later costing $743.00 in repairs. The rusted out areas that where crumbling in my hand were painted over with black spray paint. Dealership is a complete scam fraudulently selling cars to the general public without their knowledge. Should have read their YELP ratings!!!!!!! ALL BAD! A class action lawsuit should be started against these people.

Trident mislead me with fraudulent sales practices. The vehicle was in poor condition not previously disclosed. Requests for repair have been met with... angry/hostile responses.

These people are not honest and don't stick to their word. They promised that they were going to provide a tire sensor that the car is missing, and after... I called many times for about one whole month, the manager called me back and told me that he was not going to give me anything, even thought they had promised it. He spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional way, and even told me to get a cheap sensor on E-Bay because he was not going to do anything, then he hung up on me. Also, they promised to fix some scratches that the car had, they and left the work half way done. If you're going to buy a car here please take a deep breath and be ready to receive a rude customer service. I wish I had gotten my car someplace else.
