After our new vehicle developed major repair issies that included engine replacement, the General Manager and his team stepped up, after Chrysler Corporate had made false comitements to return calls on numerous occasions. The General Manager and his team at Calavan Chrysler are the only reason my wife and I will continue purchasing our vehicles from Calavan Chrysler. They were very proffesional and thorough on customer satisfaction before, during, and after our vehicle was admitted for repare / replacement.
Great customer service. Jay went above and beyond with detailing, topping off gas tank, and synching my phone for me. His patience and kindness made this a truly great visit!
Worst experience ever
I set an appt as required for 8:30AM at 2PM they still had not diagnosed my vehicle. Once they called me back at 3 they said they can not do the job that day. The service advisor James Harthun was very disrespectful, unprofessional and unapologetic. Called the next day to speak with the service manager Tim Whitehead who came across as unconcerned as to my experience. Only wanted to know if I was getting the work done at his dealership. I told him absolutely not. I will take my Jeep to a more customer friendly Jeep dealership. I would absolutely unequivocally not recommend this dealership for service.

The Worst Ever... On April 5th 2021 I dropped my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee off at this dealership to replace my Driver side A/C blend door by using my warranty company. Having using them in the past I assumed the experience would be ok and they wouldn't try to charge me any extra fees on top of the deductible I pay out with my warranty.... Sadly the warranty company didn't cover the blend door but the service center stated that I needed to Evac needed a recharge and my A/C needed Freon as well, They also stated that I needed to replace the condenser and found a leak in my Radiator which needed to be replaced. I advised them that they had already replaced the radiator and coolant back in March 2020.. Minus the $145 Diagnostics test and the 200 warranty deductible and 3 day rental car fees I've spent about $600 plus out of pocket for this service. on April 9 I was able to get my vehicle back after a extra day that was unexpected... WORD TO THE WISE... PLEASE CHECK YOUR VEHICLE AT THE DEALERSHIP ONCE YOU GET IT IF YOU CAN Once I made it home I went under the hood to the engine to check to see if any work was done.... WOW is all I can say. Not only was there no work done but I had a boat load of parts lose or not even plug in or closed based on the required work they suggested these parts would be in tack... Here's what I found and was able to video record 1. Cooling Fan was completely unplugged 2.My entire Air Intake unit was lose and coming off of the couplings. 3. The cap on my Antifreeze Reservoir tank was off. 4. The old antifreeze was still in the tank no new coolant 5. There was no visible hand prints or signs of any work other than the unplugged and lose parts. The radiator was never changed and I'm certain of that... According youtube and other services the entire front bumper has to come off the car, air intake, side finders, even the horn has to be unscrewed... NONE OF THIS WAS DONE>> There was not one single hand print or signs of any manual work done on this car... What's going on with today's customer service?????? I'm very very familiar with Auto repair and I know what to look for in these situations being that I had been scammed in the past.. But yet here we go again. This was the poorest and scammed service I have ever received. They defrauded my warranty company and me. The total cost they charged was $2,216.95 and I'm out of 600 plus dollars.. And guess what? my Jeep still isn't fixed. I called them that same day which no one was willing to help me and was told that everyone had left for the weekend... I called the next morning Saturday 4/10/2021 to file my complaint and to also speak with the service person whom help me.. No response there either. For me to be a person who works hard and provides for my family and have to take days off from work to handle these types of situations only to be met with half xxx to no service is absurd. I had to take several loses with this service. This is only the intro to the storm I'm about to bring to this business because I know I'm not the only one. Mr. Tim Allen is the manager there lets hope he has more integrity than the the individuals that serviced my vehicle once I speak with him. And thanks again Tech Johnathan Hill for nothing. Something has changed!
I had an engine light come on and called for an appointment. The young lady who answered the phone was quickly able to accommodate my work schedule. When I arrived I was lucky to be assigned Lenard as a service associate. This turned out to be complicated repair which required multiple return trips over about 6 weeks. Lenard was always kind and courteous. He made sure that I had a loaner and was kept up to date . Not once did I get the look that says "stupid old lady" which I expect from most people. He did everything he could to keep the cost down. If I come back I will be sure to ask for Lenard. His grandmother can be very proud of his character and kindness.
The company is Unprofessional on so many different levels. I Definitely will not returning , no matter how much is needed to repair my vehicle.

Overall one stop car buying and maintenance place
Atlanta West Chrysler is not only where you want to go for your car maintenance but where you need to go for your new car purchase and/or trade-in. Experience is beyond phenomenal and Max Mickey is the main man to make that happen. Everyone is amazing and you will not be disappointed.
Got there about 7:30 AM and didn't leave til 9:30 AM. Customer service was good. Don't know why I have to remind them that I'm a veteran.
During my recent service visit, my experience was... HORRIBLE! They kept my vehicle for two days which I had already brought my vehicle in the week prior for the same issue. When I received my vehicle I discovered that they had stolen $25 out of my center console. It just baffled me because my money was hidden which means someone went through my belongings. I contacted management and there wasn’t much concern about the issue at all. This happened Tuesday, October 29, 2019 and they informed me that they would contact me about the issue. It is now November 1st and I still have heard nothing. I plan on taking this issue up with corporate and will no longer give my business to this particular dealership! I paid cash money for my vehicle and don’t feel my business is appreciated whatsoever. I understand this is a business, but it is not conducted as such. I have waited 5 hours after leaving my vehicle in your care and still hear nothing on the status. I am informed that they will call me back and that doesn’t happen. Thank you for letting me know what type of people I am dealing with.
WOW EXCELLENT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! Salesman Zachariah C. (Sorry if I spelled it wrong) was very patient with me and kept a smile on his face. And I will tell/refer everyone to this facility!
