George was great!

George was great! While I lost out to another bidder, the experience was unpressured and enjoyable. Truck was well priced and a gard to find model. I would use them again.

I ended up purchasing the X6 that I went to see.

I ended up purchasing the X6 that I went to see. I drove to work and then home just to wake up the next morning and the vehicle was totally dead. I jumped it with another car of mine and they advised me to take it to their mechanic that’s 30 miles away from where I live. Once at the shop, their mechanic said it needed a new water pump. They asked e to split the payment for parts and labor 50/50. The total was $1,000. I told them I had just taken out a loan and given them money down less than 24 hours ago. One of the guys replied “I could just tell you I’m not paying for any of it”. I will never shop here again. They are shining up cars that need lots of work and selling them to honest people without caring about people. I will have to have my family in this vehicle and it will need more work I am sure. Worst experience in car shopping.

Horrible Customer Service

They are extremely hard to get a hold of regarding anything, and they also REFUSED to take videos of the vehicle underneath or at all for me after trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks. They even took days to get me the Carfax. You cannot hear them on the phone at all, and they are extremely rude.

Nonchalant dealership

Dealership looks exactly how the employees act, nonchalant and dirty. They do not care to sale vehicles, only to submit applications. I applied for a vehicle and they tried to offer me a totally different vehicle without asking why I chose that vehicle in the first place. Waste of time, don’t be fooled by the abnormally low prices. They even tried to find things wrong with a trade in vehicle of the customer next to me. Dealership will be shut down soon.

Lost a sale

Stopped in to look at a car I saw online and was told I couldn’t because the owners wife was driving that car as her personal vehicle. I did my loan application while I was there and figured I’d test drive it once the loan was approved. They called me to tell me it was approved and I told them I’d be in that day to look at the car. They told me she still had it that day so we planned on the following day. I’m sure you can guess she still was using the car that day also so they tried to schedule a time for me to come in and sign the paperwork on a car I haven’t even seen in person that was accruing more miles than what the original posting advertised. After that I gave up on them which is a shame...they lost a pretty pricey sale over something absolutely ridiculous.

Awsome Experience!!!

The easiest vehicle buying experience I have every had. William was upfront and ensured that everything was working as described with the truck. Scheduled time was meet and I didn't have to wait. Paperwork was easy. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Truck was as described and a great deal. I am very happy all the way around and have nothing but good to say about them. Thanks!

Great Experience

I worked with the staff there. George and William worked with me on the vehicle I wanted, 2011 E-class. They were helpful in the process and followed up with me through out the process. I had a great experience at United Luxury Motors, if you need a vehicle , they are the place to go !

HORRIBLE SERVICE

I purchased a $17,000 vehicle CASH in September 2018 and the engine light came on the same day as I pulled into my garage. That was the beginnings of a nightmare. They stopped answering calls and lied to me about repairing the vehicle. I had to threaten them with my attorney to get them to assist in getting the car up to emissions standards. This is the worst business ethic I have ever seen. After they get your money they don’t care about you as a customer. It’s thanksgiving and I still don’t have my title. The state office says that the dealer has not completed the paperwork ��PLEASE save yourself some heartbreak and DONT shop at this place. I do plan to go public with this.

Not so good not so bad

Car is in good condition. Just pay attention to the price before signing the contract because the dealership owner said he had to change the price for some fees he had to pay he added those fees to the value of the car I accepted because i really wanted that car. Other than that i was ok with the transaction.

Unfortunate consideration

I had called the dealer to hold a car for me through the weekend so I could get my pre approval papers over the weekend, then purchase the car on Monday. Over the phone the dealer told me he would hold the car, then texted me that he would let me know if the car sells. Concerned, I informed him I was eager to do anything I can to get the car on hold, I got no response. Sunday rolls around and I get a text that the car was sold the day prior, telling me I couldn?t of been informed the day of its sell so I can stop my process, and the fact the car sold just upset me as I was told it could be held.
