I bought a 2016 500X with everything on it and the extended service warranties. At first, there was alight that kept turning on - It took them over a year... and several apts. to get it fixed. When ever there is a minor light that goes on - they have me such a hard time? The only thing I can think of is: 1) I have another family member who bought a fiat and an alfa romeo - they get great service on both vehicles. 2) The other family member is a male - do they only like to give men good service? and not women? 3) I bought the extended warranties? Do they not like to give good service because of the warranties? 4) My car is a fiat - there are NO SIGNS on the bldg. for Fiat? Are they trying to get rid of the Fiats? I don't know, but I try calling - they don't return calls; they give me such a hard time - I don't think I would buy another fiat or ford. The Service Dept for a dealership has to be good and their employees have to be customer friendly.
The best dealer experience I've had in my life. The dealership, service and all of its parts work like a well oiled machine. I'd recommend these guys... to everyone.

After a very unpleasant experience at a local Fiat dealership, I contacted Fullerton Fiat, whose website and inventory of available cars helped me find... the one that my local dealership could not obtain. I dealt with David Lopes who was very helpful, not at all aggressive and truly interested in my needs. He was also apologetic for the manner in which I was handled by the other Fiat dealership. I purchased a new 500X on the spot and picked it up the following day. No surprises, no hard sell and no pressure. Would totally recommend this dealership and David, in particular. Wonderful experience (from someone who hates going to a new car dealer about as much as going to the dentist.)
