    After driving BMWs for 15 years I decided it was time for a Subaru. My husband, niece and nephew were all happy with their Ganley Subaru Bedford experiences... and selections it was my turn. I researched all the models and after a lengthy discussion with Larry Boros decided on a new Crosstrek. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and courteous.

    Always friendly, never make fun of you if you are not a car mechanic person. They listen and then resolve the problem. And they washed my car - my car... was stunned. Really enjoyed the sponge bath. Thank You

    The service was great! Even though there seemed to be a 'blip' in the engine after my initial service, the crew bent over backwards to figure out what... had caused it, as well as how to fix it. At no point did I feel that I was wasting their time - they were genuinely committed to ensuring that I was happy and that my vehicle was 100%.

    service writer was great since we have known her for several years, our salesman Mike Bryson stopped and chatted a bit with us, we have purchased a forester,... and then a legacy, now we are in a outback. but all in all it was a very good experience for us per usual the only draw back was the appointment person she was not the best with answering questions, would in the future would like to be able to talk directly to the service person she is wonderful Jennifer Leeds.
