It’s the end of October and I still have no title paperwork for a vehicle I bought in the beginning of May so I had to file a dealer investigation
We bought a car at this company and are waiting for the title to be processed at the DMV. Since the business is closed down, we are at a loss as of how... to attain the title so the registration can be processed.
Everything is great here, salesman, finance guy, even the boss was the best I’ve ever seen ( and I’m 61) and I’ve been to hundreds of car lots in my life... time. Thanks , I’ll be back again Lyman
I purchased a vehicle through a finance plan in April 2019, i have made all on time payments to finance company, as well as paid this dealership 1500.00... as a down payment and i was told they would send over the title to the dmv,which never happened. The business closed with no forwarding information and no contact made to me, my finance company, or the dmv about my title. I am currently paying monthly for a vehicle that will not be road legal in a few weeks. They also guaranteed certain repairs in writing as they sold me a vehicle with major turbo issues they tried to conceal. They guaranteed me a new turbo in writing. as a condition of the downpayment. As far as i am concerned this is an issue of theft and fraud. There are other reviews online from.customers that are the victims of these exact same fraudulent practices. I am seeking the title to the vehicle as well as the 1500.00 downpayment refunded in order to avoid legal action.
While the car buying experience was just fine, we are now three months past the date we purchased our car, and they still haven't sent the paperwork to... the DMV. The building is empty, apparently out of business. We called the number left on the door and were told the paperwork was just delayed. Now, a month later, no one will return out calls.
BUYING THE CAR: Avoid this place at all costs! My husband and I were car shopping about a year ago and found that Pikes Peak had seemingly unbeatable prices.... We made a Saturday appointment to come take a look at a the van. That Saturday morning we are 1 hour into our 2 hour drive to get to this dealership and the sales guy calls us and asks if we are still coming....which I thought was interesting because I sent him a text when we left to let him know we were on our way. He proceeded to tell me that we should head home because he had just sold the van to someone else. Obviously I was upset, I had rearranged weekend plans and had got a babysitter in order to drive all the way down. The sales associate lied to his manager about my refusing to pay a "Deposit" of the van which is why the sales guy felt he was ok to sell it. Putting a deposit on the vehicle had never come up in our conversations. You should expect to be told you're lying if you have any issue or are dissatisfied with something the staff did. After speaking with the manager, he told me he would send me $500 for my inconvenience....which never happened. He also stated that he would find me a similar van and give me a good price. The manager did end up calling me a few weeks later with a different car and at a good price. We again got a babysitter and spent 2 hours driving down. The car was VERY dirty and had dried play dough in the glove compartment. They told us that since we were getting such a "good deal" on the car that they weren't going to have the car detailed like they would for any other customer. Ultimately, my husband and I decided to get the car because of the price and the good car fax report and just detailed it on our own. Now, a year later I am writing a review as we are switching the loan we had with them to a credit union that is honest, can complete simple tasks and is fair. If you want a sense of their customer service look through some of the lower star reviews and notice how they blame, accuse and bring up anything negative they can about that customer in their response. Don't trust these winners to proactively, responsibly, or honestly handle even the smallest of issues. You CAN expect them to turn the tables on you at every opportunity and take you for all your worth! THE LOAN: If you're looking to pay off a loan quickly through principal only payments this place is NOT for you. They only allow you to make principal only payments on the SINGLE day your actual payment is due. If you try to submit a principal only payment at ANY other time they WILL charge you interest. So if you have a auto payment and mortgage payment clearing your bank around the same time of the month and wanted to make that extra payment a week later you CANNOT do it! AND if you call and speak to their staff with questions you will get different answers from different people. And you should expect to have to call MULTIPLE times to resolve very simple issues. I'm not sure how this place ended up with so many good reviews....there are WAY better banking and dealership options out there!! Be smarter than we were, save yourself many headaches, lots of time, conversations with liars and idiots and avoid this place!

My husband and I had been looking for a particular type of used vehicle. As we drove by we saw it on the lot. Javier was very prompt in helping us. ... He didn't waste our time. Once we decided to buy the vehicle, getting the rest of the paperwork done was quick, easy and painless. As I've followed up on a couple of items, everyone has been extremely helpful and courteous. We will definitely go back when we find ourselves in need of another vehicle. Thank you!
Thanks to Pikes Peak Automotive Group, I am in a beautifully well maintained vehicle! Lance did such a great job getting all the paperwork together, working... with me to get pre-approved, coordinating a time I could come and look at the car, he was not pushy and really worked to get me to a price I felt comfortable with. He walked me through the whole processes. In the past, it usually takes all day to get through the whole "car buying" experience but thanks to Lance and Andrew (in Finance) I was in and out in a couple of hours- amazing! When I picked up the car after the detailing was done (great job guys!), Andrew informed me he found me an even better rate, he got my monthly payment lowered! Thank you for a great experience all around. I will tell everyone I know to shop here FIRST!!!
