    All around great customer service there they made you feel like family from customer service manager Kassie ,finance manager Jacob, sales manager James... ,and finance director who closed out the sale and tony our salesman its a great place I refer anyone it will be my last place and only place I do businesses with.

    Was looking for a nice low mileage used car, everyone was very friendly .I had some concerns about payment and credit, they sent a sales manager Brian... Scarbrough over to me and he explained everything to where I could understand he was very professional . I will be recommending them to friends and family it was a great experience .

    Our Salesman, Caleb Pritchard, greeted us quickly and spent all the needed time to get us the Pathfinder we wanted. The trade in value of our vehicle was... extraordinary. They did what it took for us to leave with our car. Thank you Caleb.

    Bought a brand new Murano here with an awesome price. Love love love it here. Great people in sales and service. Had a smooth purchase process and even... smoother service since then. Corey and Sidney were the best in handling the wife and they got us a good rate for an excellent vehicle.

    The "Nice Facility" doesn't match the quality of service. 1. Had to wait over a month for them to service my vehicle. The job was poor and had to be redone.... Waste of time. 2. Learned my lesson. Make sure you have them do maintenance on the vehicle before you pay. They are not true to their WORD. As soon as they get their check, theyre always "out to lunch" or "Not in today".

    The service department is the most unreliable than I have ever seen. they will never call you back and you always have to leave a message. I would never... buy a car from them just because of the service.

    Caleb Pritchard was very caring and helpful to me when I was choosing my new car. I explained to him what I wanted and the price I could afford. He was... able to help me get the car I wanted and at an affordable price. I would HIGHLY recommend Fenton Nissan when purchasing you next vehicle and be sure to ask for Caleb.
