After contacting them regarding a used car and explaining our budget, we were encouraged to drive nearly an hour to negotiate the deal. We (and our salesman)... were keep waiting by the Manager for more than 30 minutes. He added on a $500 fee and ended up at a price OVER the advertised price on a used car that had been on their lot for 6 months. These guys are disreputable. Stay away! The worst car buying experience I've ever had.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Grand Blanc Nissan. We had been looking at a variety of cars at various dealerships, but all other dealerships... paled in comparison to GB Nissan. It was ok, but wasn’t sure that I would get a good desk on my trade. I just went to another dealership and bought a car.
Purchased 2009 Nissan in the fall of 2017 for college kids that had several recalls for repairs. After sitting all winter, a tire was flat. AAA put the... spare donut tire on, which was also flat the next day. So had car towed on 4/28/18 (Sat). Tracy, head of service dept, called Monday to retrieve car. Nissan hours are similar to my job, but Tracy said car could not remain on the lot until Sat, 5/5/18. So I went during my lunch hour on 5/2/18. I assumed the original tire would be on the car. Rather than trying to accommodate the customer, Tracy told me "you need to communicate better etc" and walked out. She watched as I contacted Belle Tire to put on the original tire, making no offer to assist and clearly annoyed. Please know that if you purchase a Nissan, Grand Blanc Nissan is the only dealership in Genesee County. So you will likely have the pleasure of dealing with Tracy should your car need service and/or repairs.
I don't think I've ever been treated better or more fairly at a dealership than at Nissan of Grand Blanc. Chris, Harold and Cal provided customer service... that was top notch. Better than my experience at Cadillac Dealerships. They seem to be people of integrity that will take care of you like a friend, long after the sale. I've stopped in multiple times and they always remember me by name and ask me if I am still happy with my purchase. They stand behind their product too. If I'm not happy with something, they go to work to address either internally or with Nissan itself. They also provided me with piece of mind with both, a 5 Year/100,000 bumper to bumper warranty, as well as a LIFETIME / UNLIMITED MILE power train warranty. This to ensure my satisfaction before, during, and after the sale. In short, I got more for my trade and a new vehicle that was exactly what I wanted and needed, at a price lower than anyone else from good people. You will not be disappointed if you buy from them.
Google near by dealer found Grand Blanc Nissan. I Called to schedule service, Denise answered and scheduled my service, she was very nice and she welcomed... me to the area. Came in for service appointment and it was good to see the diversity of employees in the dealer. While waiting for service the sales guy entertained me with a test drive. The test drive turned into a purchase. The guys there were friendly and patient, not pushy like other dealers I've been to. Would have given 5 stars but nobody is perfect.
Purchased my 1st car tonight and just let me say this -- the entire experience was AWESOME! The salesman took really good care of me. He answered all... my questions and I had a lot of them. Everyone there was kind to me which was a pleasant surprise. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful -- the furniture paired nicely with the drop dead gorgeous Murano. Speaking of the Murano, when my eyes connected with the headlights it was love at first site. The team went above and beyond to make sure me & the Murano was together. Nothing left to say but ... THANK YOU GRAND BLANC NISSAN for making this one of the happiest days of my life.
