    On February 22, 2017 my vehicle was parked in an area in San Jose, CA where flooding effected homes, vehicles, and other property. AAA referred me to Peninsula Chevrolet to get inspected/diagnosed of the severity water damage. The staff at Peninsula Chevrolet were friendly and very accessible in answering my questions and concerns.

    Joseph Keldon is the manager at the body shop and took amazing care of my Escalade's repair, matching the 2007 paint perfectly. They quoted 3 days and finished in 1!!! They even washed it and shined my tires. The girls of the office were awesome and professional as well.

    I would not recommend this dealership for a new vehicle purchase. They are not very negotiable when it comes to prices. If I would of known this beforehand, I wouldn't of even wasted my time driving the extra distance.

    I will never go to this dealership again. Service department is awful. I had a vehicle recall which they could not fix after going there 3 separate times! They could not seem to get it together on ordering the correct parts and had to order and reorder and reorder. Each time they promised to call me once the parts came in but then never did. I had to call them! I would go down there, wait each time for hours and then find out they ordered the wrong part! On the third time I spoke directly to the parts manager who assured me he was on top of the issue and he would personally handle the situation and call me himself within 2 days to set up an appointment. Two weeks later and he never called. I decided to call GM to complain. They set me up at Gold Star Motors in Salinas. Gold Star did a great job and got it right the first time. I would never take a vehicle to Peninsula Chevrolet again, as I do not have confidence that they would do any job correctly.I have never been treated so badly by a dealership. Horrible!

    My recommendation after using this cadillac dealership to repair my cadillac, don't expect to be treated as a valued customer by their service department. This last experience has taught me a lesson - they do fix my car but their treatment of me does not warrant their continued use and definitely to consider not buy either a cadillac or chevy from them. They have had my car for 4 days to do a one day job - no communication, no apology, just cold responses to when it will be done and an overall tone that my inquiries are an irritant
