I got wrapped up in the excitement of owning a new vehicle, again, and fell for a last minute bait and switch which moved me from a 2024 to a 2023 with far less features than the vehicle I traded in. Unless the dealership will agree to take back the 2023 and put me in my originally agreed upon 2024 with zero change in payment I see no opportunity to rectify my situation or my disappointment in my experience at David Wilson Toyota.
