My experience with Harold and Jaime was excellent.

My experience with Harold and Jaime was excellent. They treated me like family and were very accurate about the information about the SUV I wanted to buy. I was very impressed with their service.

Terrible!

Terrible! I waited 1.5 hours before complaining about no service and no one informed me that there was a problem with the back ordered part. My car suddenly goes in to have the wrong part installed. I told Luis and Theresa in sales that I wanted door sill lights. They said Parts will have it in 2 calendar days. I waited about a month. No door sill lights. They signed me up for a metal plate installed on driver/passenger sides...WRONG! Luis told me to see Eduardo in Service. I did. He knew nothing about my car or me. Stupidly a guy in service tells me that my appointment time is only to drop off car. It has nothing to do with an available tech. Car is only serviced when a tech is available...stupid! So why not say so when I'm making the online appt? If I read that, I would have cancelled ??. Only good and qualified employee is Justin. He's too good to be working for a junk company where communication breaks down and sales people lie.

The dealership was very respectful and kind. Our salesperson was patient and did not come off arrogant or rushed in selling us a vehicle. Harold in financing was especially helpful, respectfully and just made the whole experience much better for my family and I. Harold had a very caring and laid back personality that my husband and I really liked!
