Service was good but was not happy that my tires were not

Service was good but was not happy that my tires were not able to get rotated. They let me know I need a key to rotate the tires, even though I never received since I bought the truck. The dealership has nothing to do with the tires, but I got the tires from the dealership because they ordered them for me.

Amber didn't give me a ITEMIZED list of what I needed to

Amber didn't give me a ITEMIZED list of what I needed to fix on the car. She gave me a big number for $800, but I couldn't see what costed what.

I have been coming to the dealership for probably 15

I have been coming to the dealership for probably 15 years I have bought several vehicles family have bought vehicles and friends of the service is tremendous and I'm just extremely happy with the service I no longer live in Las Vegas. I now live in Roseburg Oregon and I'm not happy with the Toyota dealership here I've been here one year and I am not happy with the dealership here at all but when I'm in Vegas that my daughter lives there the vehicle that we get serviced is there so we continue to go to Dave Wilson's?
