I was explained that 200$ would be used whatever expense

I was explained that 200$ would be used whatever expense is being made, instead all it was a simple diagnostic that did absolutely nothing for 200$. In this day 200$ is worth so much more than a diagnostic people work hard for their money and for dealerships to take advantage of people and their money is a complete waste. I have a family to provide for and a drivers license I've been wanting to get and all I needed was my airbag light fixed instead I got 200$ ripped out of my hands with a sheet of paper that says I paid 200$ for nothing

Darlene is not very nice My sales lady told me that 5000 miles charge oil. I took my car for oil change. They told me that is 10000 miles.

From the moment you call to schedule an appointment, they are helpful, and Customer friendly. They have a, comfortable, warm atmosphere ... very welcoming . They've been my dealership since 2018. Thank you for the coffee and donut.
