Well when i got to the dealership Darlene seemed pissed
Well when i got to the dealership Darlene seemed pissed off. She didnt greet me with a friendly gesture nothing. I moved here from the East coast anytime i needed service work done on my highlander all of my fluids where topped off including my windsheild washer fluid. Lets see i had my oil changed and my tires rotated. I would have thought that the mechanic would have properly inflated my tires to the recommended amount of air in each. But it does not surprise me at all. That this dealership obviously does not care 2 xxxxs about the customer. Atleast offer your service customers a free car wash. I got absolutley nothing!!!!!!

Arrived on time for my appointment at 7:00 am, greeted
Arrived on time for my appointment at 7:00 am, greeted right away. Met with my service technician, he already knew my car was due for its 60,000 mile service. Showed me different options for services. Ask if I had anything else I wanted checked, I ask to have my breaks checked. He kept me informed about the progress of my service. Let me know my break had plenty of pad remaining. Finished the service and had me on my way home by 9:00 am. Great waiting area with friendly staff, fresh donuts and coffee. Excellent experience.

Darlene was not very communicative at all very cut and
Darlene was not very communicative at all very cut and dry. Didn’t explain much. I had to ask a ton of questions I even had to ask to go in the back and speak to the mechanic who actually worked on my car to get answers.
