Went in for oil change and rotate the tires and only got the oil changed. They thought I had locking lug nuts but it's a 19mm socket. Nobody thought to call me and ask. Very disappointed. I get the tires rotated every oil change. I believe I got charged for it as well.

The dealership allowed me to reschedule the next day when I realized I didn't have my wallet. When I returned, I asked some questions & he gave me options. They were efficient & attentive to my needs.
