Darlene Morelock has the worse customer service etiquette

Darlene Morelock has the worse customer service etiquette I have seen in years. Toyota is know for their best service and customer service but she is the worse. It was my first time visiting that location bc is close to my house. How bad could it be? She wrote that my mats needed to not be stacked ...she didn't even talk to me about that. I needed a window shield to be placed on the window and she didn't even write about that. She rudely said no ... you have to buy the whole thing. She questioned the mileage in my car. I think she looked up the wrong person. Didn't even apologize for the wrong comments ... and I paid over $100 for an oil change and the worst treatment ever. I can only imagine how many people she insulted that day alone. She didn't even go over the bill with me. This is the first time I've paid for an oil change. I guess I need to go back to the Henderson Toyota. One positive note, the people who worked on the car and got my car were pleasant and car is running great.
