Our Jeep that we traded in still hasn't been paid off and
Our Jeep that we traded in still hasn't been paid off and it has been over three weeks since we purchased our new vehicle. I'm afraid it's going to affect our credit score. Also the wrong battery was placed in our vehicle causing a two week delay trying to figure out why our new bronco was leaving us stranded in the rain without the ability to roll up our windows. Also the service department removed our KC lights that came with the vehicle without asking us first, which had nothing to do with the problem. Thank goodness for Kelli, she really stepped up to the plate to insure that all issues were handled. We would come back to her any day. Not sure about the service department. Or financing. They need to step up their game.
