Non-transparent, deceptive so that your dealership or whoever makes more money. I've said enough I'm really upset with the loan deal I got talked into very upset very upset with the whole situation I've never buy a car from your dealership again

I was well taken care of . Alexander couldn't do enough for me in the purchase of my new car . Very kind , never did I experience high pressure.

Poor acknowledgment of the customer I didn't feel like I

Poor acknowledgment of the customer I didn't feel like I was acknowledge by my service advisor. Mike took a while to help me and when he came to get me finally he was on a personal phone call and after he finished that he approached me.
