I bought a new RAV4 there in July.

I bought a new RAV4 there in July. The finance guy committed fraud against me. He flim flammed me out of $1500. He's evil. I'll never forgive him and almost certainly never buy another vehicle from your dealership.

Very abrupt response.

Very abrupt response. No follow up on why the question was asked. Darlene is not a very pleasant person, which is why I've sought to change service advisor on my next visit.

I’ve been very pleased so far with the dealership.

I’ve been very pleased so far with the dealership. The only thing I would like more is to have people greet out to greet and help when you park your car for service. My first visit there I stood around for 15 min because I didn’t know to go talk to anybody in their office. Slightly confusing but the work to to my car is fine. No issues when driving my car after service needed.
