They install a cheap after market alarm and sell it at a

They install a cheap after market alarm and sell it at a premium. It requires splicing into two wiring harnesses. Cost $8000 to replace compromised harnesses. Find another dealer. Never attempted to resolve my issue.

Your Toyota sales associate, Ms. Kelli Turner, is very enthusiastic and attentive to the after-sales services, last but not least, to second sets of keys, parts that was included in the sales etc. I will refer her to my future purchases and friends.

Kelli was excellent - she put the deal together quickly and managed to have as much of the process ready as possible when I came in to sign paperwork. I was in and out in a quickly. Appreciated her service greatly!
