Fast friendly service.

Fast friendly service. Just wish they were closer to home. They even took care of the tire that my spouse had curbed

Still no one can help me to solve a problem since the

Still no one can help me to solve a problem since the last visit on 11/7/2023. I am very disappointed with David’s Wilson Toyota Service Department. The biggest issue I have is why they didn’t let me know prior to me doing anything what step 1 and step 2 were. My vehicle is still having the same problem. Then I visited the 2nd time service department, I was told they didn’t diagnose on my first visit and they made a story and blamed me, saying I requested to take off and install the TMPS. I really feel foolish for following their advice because I paid you over $800 for the same result as Discount Tire. I will reiterate the problem: Before I visit you for the first time, I had visited Discount Tire 12 days before and they had installed a TMPS on my vehicle for $300. When I visited David’s Wilson, they suggested to take off the sensors Discount Tire had installed and replace them with your Toyota factory sensors with one year warranty and labor. Now, I want to ask, can I have the credit of $500 for the difference charged? I do not want to spend more on what seems like a meaningless/additional repair. Please investigate this and help me to solve the problem. Thank you. Kin Fung

Hello Victor, I've reviewed your paperwork from your visit and it looks like the tire warranty claim was denied by the warranty company because the tires have less than 3/32 of tread left on them, meaning they are are worn out and not eligible for warranty coverage. We quoted you a price for two new tires that included road hazard coverage and will be happy to set up an appointment for installation to get you back on the road safely. Thank you

Marc was amazing.

Marc was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for in my new car. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. Marc searched far and wide for my car (unlike another Toyota dealer where they said it was impossible to get what I wanted). The other dealers loss because Marc sold both my sister and I a car. If you are in the market for a car go see Marc. You won't be disappointed!
