I took my mini like 6 month ago to get oil change, they gave me a big list of what was need it. Brakes it was on the red list- safety issues, needs to... be done now. I sent the list to my fiancé and he told me he will change brakes for me, my brakes were half way. No brakes needed. But it was a 400.00 charge at the mini. My fiancé gets a mini because his car got total on a accident. we took the mini to get it checked since it was doing a funny transmission sounds , MINI of Kennesaw said car needed to be driven to reset some codes. Right after we left check I gone light come on, we went back, they kept mini over night next day they are telling us needs a 7000.00 transmission job. WAIT! WHAT? How can this happen from just drive it to a 7000.00 job. We got other mini, we took it to the mini for oil change, and here we go again. A part on the car was changed because it was under Waranty and since than car just turns off, we took cars to mini 3 times now, car still with same issue and the guy taking car of us told us they had to keep changing parts until issues is found. WHAT? You are telling me you are a mini especialista but you don’t know what is the problem with the car? Plus he told us we stressed him out. He couldn’t handle the customer service than he let the other guy help us, which he did at the moment, but the mini still with same issue. I’m scare to take my car to any other mechanics because I’m thinking they don’t know anything about mini’s but at this pint I feel same way about the guys at the KENNESAW location. I would suggest you, to get a second opinion before you let this people work on your car, if you are paying more than 300.00
Our Salesman, Niguel, was new but thorough. Amanda the sales manager is a take charge, can do person. Whether it was the finance person, Rodney, or someone... else responsibility, we did not receive any documents or paperwork with our vehicle and the temporary tag did not have a date on it? My experience with customer service was below my experience with the vehicle purchase!
Awesome!!! Ian was very sweet, helpful & knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. He even offered to go on a test drive after we completed the... purchase and it was after 8pm. I would definitely recommend Ian & Mini of Kennesaw. Amanda was awesome also. Very helpful! Pleasant experience!!! Thank you
Part of the family My latest service visit to MOK was exactly like the last and I am grateful for the consistency. Steady team of sales and service advisers... always welcoming and friendly (even in the early hours!). I look forward to seeing familiar faces and catching up. My salesman David was great. He was professional, courteous and not pushy! The show room is clean and well-kept. The facility was easily accessible... to the interstate.
From start to finish I knew this was going to be a different experience than any other car dealership I had ever dealt with before. They asked why I was... interested in the particular car I came to test drive, they stuck to the amount that I stated I wanted my payment to be at, and they explained what additional benefits such as, an extended warranty and Gap inDasurance , and how they would best suit my situation. I bought a car for $30K+ (not a Mini) from this dealer. This was a very unsatisfactory experience. Be aware that their customer service doesn’t exist and... they are apparently not honest. My complaints are: They gave me the car I bought with about 3 gallons of gas. They did not point out a difficult to notice crack in a rear light fixture. They declared the car free of any accidents but the rear bumper area was repainted. I did not receive the security code for the audio system. I have been waiting for over six weeks to receive registration and title.
One of the best MINI service departments I have been to in 5 years! Robb went out of his way to take care of us and keep us informed at every step of... the process. I wish I lived close - he earned my business!
