This dealership is tops when it comes to customer service. They attend to you the moment you arrive and make sure that you are taken care of. The car that... I was inquiring about was immaculate and other than being an automatic, it was perfect. My preference was for a manual transmission, otherwise, that car would now be sitting in my garage. The experience at the dealership was exceptional, starting with Andy taking my inquiry, Elizabeth following up and keeping me posted on the car's status, and finally with Matthew spending his time to really show and explain all the features of the car, even offering to take it for a spin. However, the weather was not ideal so I declined but told him that should i change my mind, i'll come back and test drive the car.

I went to MoK to attempt to purchase a new S-model convertible in May 2020. I was able to test drive one car for about 10 minutes (the gas tank was completely... empty), then the salesperson asked me some questions about what I wanted. Two hours later, I still had no pricing or information or anyone seemingly willing to speak with me. I left my number at the front (after at least five minutes of trying to flag someone down) only to receive a return call five hours later. I understand that two of the associates were busy, but others were busy socializing with each other. One of the managers emailed me later in the week stating we could finesse the deal "from the comfort of my home," and did provide a price. He would not answer any questions or provide the info on my trade from the earlier evaluation. I would apparently obtain that "when you come into the office" to finalize the deal. I was asked to put money down to hold a car I have not driven and for which I have no final pricing, plus wait to come in for information (assuming that would take my entire work day). So much for comfort of home. Or respect.
Superior Service From top to bottom Mini of Kennesaw provides a great customer experience. Representatives are knowledgeable and keep customer informed.... The dealership is clean and waiting room spotless.

Mini Cooper 2006 S Overall was not not bad. Competitive pricing, with the COVID-19. Lobby was clean, would like to see staff in protective gear. Clorox... wipes were available. Service was average, could improve on guest relations and free beverages.
I’ve been going to MINI of Kennesaw since 2015 for all my MINI needs and needless to say, I went back a second time to purchase my third MINI from them.... The customer experience is exceptional and they treat you like family. As soon as you walk in you’re welcomed with a smile and a comfortable space to view the cars at your leisure or have a rep walk you through the entire process. John, Elizabeth, Al, Alberto, Martha and the entire staff are amazing. The buying process is easy and it’s like talking to a long time friend. Everyone is a MINI enthusiast and will speak to you about their experiences with their cars and the extended family you’re adopted into when purchasing a MINI. I will be going back in a couple years to purchase my 4th MINI. I’m a MINIac at heart and can’t imagine driving anything else. Best customer service that I have ever had! This includes the dealership I have purchased 10 cars in the past 5 years! I’ve only visited one time but,... even the follow up is great!
ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES I'VE EVER HAD. I ordered a part for my Mini on a Friday and after a week i haven't received any information, I've... written 3 emails that were never answered, when i called after saying my name i was put on hold for 3 hours and they never answered the hold, the only information is that the money i spent was paid to them. do yourself a favor and never buy from them.
