Calling dealership during the car buying process has always intimidated me. However, after receiving my email, a very kind and attentive man called me... to talk about the vehicle I was interested in and any others I may be interested in. I ended up buying from a different dealership, but that was because of the car- not the staff. Even after deciding to go with a different car, another person from called to ask if there was anything else they could do and offered to any services my new truck may need. Now it's been a month, and they haven't called or hounded me at all. Definitely a winning staff.
