    took 2 1/2 hours to get nothing done at this dealership. We eventually, got up and left. Please, get someone beside Ally bank at your dealership.

    Let me start off by saying that Juan the sales guy we dealt with was great. As far as his sales manager and the higher ups that make the final decisions,... they took advantage of the situation. The vehicle that we ended up purchasing was the new Navigator. Awesome vehicle BTW. They basically gave me 5k less than my trade was worth and did not honor the X Plan that my company is a member of, which cost me another 5k. As most know the Navigator is in high demand and low supply right now. They basically told me that they would not give me what my trade was worth or honor the plan, because they didn't have to, because of the high demand. In addition, the deal took over 4 hours to close! Although I ended up purchasing the vehicle, I will never buy from them again, and I will make every effort to tell anyone that will listen, what kind of people run this dealership. Including the Lincoln Corporate Offices.

    Juan was very friendly and helpful. He was very accommodating. Other staff were very friendly-offering water, gathered information for us, etc. Mike in... accounting explained everything and streamlined the signature process by highlighting area to sign. Everyone was very professional. We did not plan on leasing a car as we just went in for inspection and some other things. QuickLane staff took care of things quickly and efficiently. While waiting, we looked at the new cars. And we ended up trading our car in and leaving with a new car!

    I was so thankful my salesman shepherded my vehicle through the process. I was NOT happy that the appearance package I was sold did not cover issues of... bumps and scrapes on my vehicle. Why did I buy it? Also, there is a persistent tailgate problem that was not fixed and I don't know if it was even addressed.

    Bought a new 2017 F150. Had a payment due August 27th and by August 18th my trade in was still not payed off and the paper work for my new truck didn't... go through yet. I had to contact dealer ship to find out the problem and they said they messed up the paper work and needed me to come back to re-sign. I asked them if they were going to change my payment date since it was only 9 days away and the paper work never even went to Ford Financing yet. They said NO and that don't worry about a late payment that's why finance companies have a 10 day grace period. Needless to say I did have a late payment because of this dealership and it will show up on my credit because of them I just won't be assessed a late fee. I contacted Mike Woods the owner about the problem and his response was "Good Deal" Thanks! I will never give this dealership my business again and neither will anyone I know.
